Unfulfilled Order
I've been really let down by eVitamins. I placed an order on October 21st and still haven't gotten anything. I couldn't even track my package, and when I tried to log into my account, all I got was an error 404 message. I ended up having to file a complaint in Brazil because of the lack of communication. That's when I found TRUSTPILOT and thought I should share my whole experience beyond just my country.
Vitamins and supplements
I ordered some vitamins and supplements back in September. When I reached out to them in November to check on my order, they told me they were having supply problems. And now, I can't even login to my account to see what's going on because they blocked me! This company is absolutely terrible. It's like they're trying to steal from me or something. Please, avoid them at all costs!
Ovasitol purchase
I've been really let down by this website lately. I'm a loyal customer from the UK who always used to count on them for buying Ovasitol. But my last order in October was a complete disaster. It's already December and I still haven't gotten any tracking info or confirmation that my item was shipped. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one ever got back to me. And on top of that, their website kept giving me error 404 messages. Luckily, I paid with PayPal and was able to get a refund within 5 days. It's so disappointing to see a website that used to be reliable become so unreliable and unresponsive. I really don't recommend ordering from them to avoid dealing with the same hassle I went through.

I really need to emphasize this - do not bother spending your hard-earned cash on this company. I have never in my life dealt with such lousy service. Months ago, I placed an order for some vitamins and supplements, and can you believe it? My order still hasn't even been shipped! And to top it all off, I can't even log in to see what's going on with my order. When I tried to get in touch with customer service via email, they didn't even bother to respond. It's like they just took my money and vanished. I feel totally scammed and super let down. Trust me, save yourself the trouble and do not purchase anything from them.
Late shipment, no response to refund request
I bought some stuff from this website back in early October, and it's almost December now, but I still haven't gotten my order. I paid $39 in total. I've reached out to customer service twice asking for a refund because of the delay, but I haven't heard anything back from them. It's really frustrating and disappointing to feel like I'm being ignored and like this company is basically stealing my money. I think they should do better when it comes to helping out customers in situations like this.

I can't believe how long it's taken for my order to be shipped! I've been contacting customer service and haven't received any replies. What's going on? It's really frustrating to be kept in the dark like this. Finally, when I did hear back, I found out that the items are out of stock. Why not notify me sooner or offer an alternative option?

I had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered $100 worth of stuff way back in September 2023, but I never got my stuff. And when I try to track my order on the website, it just gives me an error message. They're also not replying to any of my emails. It feels like I might as well have thrown my money into a black hole because I got nothing in return.

I just bought some vitamins from this website and, you know, it went pretty well. The prices were good and everything arrived in good shape. But, man, it took a little while for my order to get here. I thought it was kinda weird that my vitamins were coming from the US when I was searching for stuff from Mexico. I usually don't order internationally because of customs, so that was on my mind. But, hey, everything turned out okay in the end.

I just bought some ear candle wax remover from eVitamins, and I gotta say, it did not disappoint. The quality was top-notch, just like I had hoped for. The delivery took a bit longer than I thought, but it got here in one piece. Really thankful for how they packaged it up so well.
