Defective desk purchase
I had the worst experience with this company. The desk I bought came all scratched up and with parts broken, so I can't even use it. I've been trying to send it back for 3 months now, but it's been one problem after another. Even though their policy says they'll pay for shipping, they're not doing it, so now I'm out $150. Customer service is a joke, you can only email them and they don't help at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company!

Prescription glasses for me and my spouse
I just got some new prescription glasses for both me and my partner from this store, and we're pretty happy with them overall. This is the fourth time we've bought from this place. One time, though, they messed up and put the wrong prescription in one pair, which was a real pain. Luckily, our local eye shop fixed it for us. Even with that mix-up, the money we saved on the frames was totally worth it.

I love using TheRealReal. It's super easy to navigate, which makes buying, selling, and returning stuff a breeze. Shay from customer service has been awesome - always quick to help out. I feel like they really care about me and have my back. One thing I think they could work on is the quality checks before items go live. I've had a few cases where brand new items got listed for way less than they're worth because of mistakes in the listing. It would be great if they could take a closer look to make sure everything is priced right for us sellers.

Dress and blouse order, size 4 petite
I decided to give this place a shot even though I saw some mixed reviews, and I'm happy I did. The dresses they had on display caught my attention, so I ended up buying a couple along with a cute blouse. Usually, I have a hard time finding clothes that fit me right without making me look like a little kid playing dress-up, but everything I got turned out exactly how I wanted. The size 4 petite fit me like a glove, no alterations needed. It feels great to find a store that actually has my size and style in mind. I was so impressed that I ended up ordering more tops right away, can't wait to get them! Overall, I'm really pleased with my experience and will definitely be shopping here again.

He kept following up with me and even sent me a new bottle with custom engraving! The folks at this company really know how to treat their customers right and make things better.

I've bought a bunch of silk stuff from this shop and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with the quality and service I've gotten. The items are so luxurious and have really made a difference in how well I sleep. And the prices are totally reasonable too. Size exchange for slippers
I recently bought a pair of slippers from this store and had to exchange them for a different size. I was pretty surprised when I found out I had to shell out $10 for a label just to make the exchange, which felt kind of unnecessary and unfair. I tried reaching out to customer service via email a few times, but didn't hear anything back. And on top of all that, they wouldn't honor the sale price on the new pair! The lack of communication and poor customer service really got to me. I don't think I'll be shopping with this company again. I think it's important for customers to be able to make exchanges without extra fees and get quick, helpful responses from customer service. Overall, not a great experience.
