I thought dealing with customer service was gonna be a pain, but boy was I wrong. The person who helped me, Patricio, was on point - efficient and professional. They just asked for a quick video showing the problem, and boom, a new cap in the same color showed up at my door without any delays. BPA-free water bottle purchase
I bought this BPA-free water bottle from this company not too long ago, and it ended up having a problem a few weeks after. Three-pack filters
Yeah, so I ordered this three-pack of filters, right? I was expecting them to come separately every two months, but only one showed up. I was really frustrated and confused, so I reached out to customer service. They explained that they should have arrived together. They were really nice and ended up sending me the other two filters that were missing. It was fast, like really fast, after we chatted. Oh, and by the way, the Larq pitcher and bottle are awesome. I feel pretty cool and secure now drinking tap water.

Query about credit card charge
I contacted customer service about a mistake on my credit card bill and Martina really came through with the info, she was super helpful. And then when I brought up another problem with the product, she offered to send me a replacement for free! I was shocked when they were all out, but she went the extra mile and made sure a new bottle was on its way to me. I was really impressed with how they handled everything and I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.
LED water pitcher and bottle
I bought this cool LED water pitcher and bottle, but bummer – the LED on the pitcher died soon after I got it. I contacted customer service and was impressed by how fast they responded and followed up with an email. After a few days of trying to fix it, the LED started magically working again. I'm not quite sure what the problem was, but I'm happy that it's all good now. The water from the pitcher is awesome, and I use the bottle every day. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.

Larq water bottle
I just got my second Larq water bottle and I gotta say, it's really been exceeding my expectations. The first one was actually a gift, but my partner loved it so much that I had to get him the Movement bottle too. It's lighter and great for when we're on the move, but still just as top-notch quality as the first one.

The water bottle is really awesome! It keeps my water cold all day long, which is just amazing. I did run into a small issue with the cap cover, but the customer service was fantastic! They were really quick and helpful. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
Faulty product warranty claim
My PureVis cap stopped working right after I bought it. I was really bummed out, but the customer service was awesome! I put in a warranty claim and a rep got in touch to give me a replacement. They didn't have the color I wanted, but they surprised me by throwing in an extra product for free. I'm excited for my package to get here!
Faulty replacement lids
My experience with the replacement lids from this company has been pretty disappointing. My original lid stopped working, and the replacement they sent me ended up malfunctioning too after a little while. I tried reaching out for help, but didn't hear back until I posted a review on Trustpilot. Eventually, they did send me another replacement lid, but the whole process was frustrating. The lack of communication and having to resort to a public review left me feeling unsatisfied. I feel like the price I paid for the product didn't match up with the quality of the replacement lid and the customer service experience overall.
My pitcher broke, got a new one!
Man, I was using my pitcher a ton and ended up cracking it. I reached out to the app and they replied really quickly. Sent over a pic and some info, and just like that, a new one is already coming my way. Just got it and I'm thrilled!
