Smart Water Filter Pitcher
My smart water filter pitcher has been amazing in my house. I've been using it for nearly a year and it's made a big difference in the water my family drinks every day. Even though it was a bit pricey at first, the benefits have totally paid off. Recently I had a few problems with the filter and connecting the device, so I contacted customer support for help. The team was so kind and patient the whole time. They walked me through fixing the problems, and thanks to them, everything is working perfectly now. I'm grateful for their help and how quickly they fixed everything for me.

Terrible IT and shipping department
I've had really bad luck ordering from this company multiple times. Every time I order, it's a disaster. Their IT and shipping folks can't seem to get their act together and print the right labels, so my packages never arrive correctly. I've had to spend a ton of time and effort talking to UPS to fix their mistakes, which is just not cool. I'd tell anyone in the US to stay far away from this company.
