I bought train tickets on this website and man, I was so let down by the whole thing. They kept spamming me with emails, and when I asked them to stop and delete my info, they totally ghosted me. It's so annoying when a company doesn't respect your privacy rights, especially with data stuff. Their lack of a response just showed how unprofessional they really are and how much they don't care about their customers.
