Self-cleaning water bottle
I recently bought this cool self-cleaning water bottle and was so excited about it. But then, not long after I got it, the cap wasn't charging like it should. I thought dealing with customer service was gonna be a pain, but boy was I wrong. The person who helped me, Patricio, was on point - efficient and professional. They just asked for a quick video showing the problem, and boom, a new cap in the same color showed up at my door without any delays. Patricio and the company really impressed me with their awesome customer service. Thanks for fixing my issue quickly and smoothly.
