Ordering a custom oil painting from a special photo was super easy. I got to make four changes to the original photo, and the final painting was just perfect. I just bought this really cool water bottle from this company. It's super durable and looks really nice. But the best part is how well it works. After hearing about this editing tool from a bunch of writers, I thought I'd give it a shot and bought a two-year subscription. But man, I've been so let down by how slow and frustrating it is to use! Both the online and desktop versions are just not cutting it for me. It's clunky and such a pain, especially when I try to use it with Scrivener. Even though I've heard good things from other people, I'm having a hard time understanding some of the suggestions it gives me. It's got me wondering if I'm just not getting it.

I bought the Rapid Groom vacuum from this store recently and man, it's been the worst experience ever dealing with an equestrian retailer. What they showed online ain't what I got. And on top of that, their customer service is straight up terrible. Been waiting over 10 business days for a refund on my $500+ purchase, even though they got proof they got the item back. Every time I call, they say they'll follow up but never do. It's just been a complete nightmare.

I had the worst time dealing with this company. I ordered a part and it was totally wrong, so I contacted them to swap it out. But they wouldn't budge, saying their return policy was set in stone. I even offered to cover the shipping fees, but they didn't care at all. It felt like they were punishing me for a little mix-up that could've been fixed so easily with a simple exchange.

Starfleet uniforms and Starfleet Delta communicator pin
I am so impressed by these Star Trek costumes, they are seriously top-notch quality just like the ones on TV! The material is really nice, the stitching is incredibly strong, and the design is spot on for the Starfleet uniforms. The sizes do run a bit small though, so make sure to go up a size or two. I had to exchange mine and the customer service was awesome, they refunded me without any hassle. I also bought the communicator pin and it's not cheap plastic, it's actual metal and the magnet is super strong. If you're a Star Trek fan, you should definitely consider getting these costumes, they are truly out of this world!
