    Incorrect order, second order correct

    I bought something from this store not too long ago and got the wrong thing at first. I called customer service and they did send me the right thing, but they said I'd have to pay to send back the wrong one. Dealing with the automated text system was no fun at all, it just made things worse. The person I talked to was nice, but they basically said it was my fault and still wanted me to pay for the return. After looking over all the messages, it was obvious that they messed up, not me. I suggest looking elsewhere for your shopping needs.

    Horse grooming kit

    I just bought a horse grooming kit from State Line Tack and let me tell you, I was not happy with their prices. They say they have sales, but even with the discounts, their prices were way higher than other places. The original prices they list are way too high, it's obvious they're trying to take advantage of their customers.

    I bought the Rapid Groom vacuum from this store recently and man, it's been the worst experience ever dealing with an equestrian retailer. What they showed online ain't what I got. And on top of that, their customer service is straight up terrible. Been waiting over 10 business days for a refund on my $500+ purchase, even though they got proof they got the item back. Every time I call, they say they'll follow up but never do. It's just been a complete nightmare.

    Fence charger

    I recently bought a fence charger from State Line Tack and it was a total bummer. The thing was busted before I even took it out of the box, which really let me down. When I tried to get help from customer service, it was a huge waste of time trying to get it sorted out. And to top it off, they wouldn't even help me file a claim with UPS, telling me to go bug the manufacturer, Parmak, instead. But even Parmak wasn't much help. They said they'd check out the product if I paid for shipping. It was really frustrating and ended up costing me extra money. I decided to take my business elsewhere and had a way better experience with Valley Supply. All in all, I was super disappointed with the product quality, customer service, and lack of support from both the company and the manufacturer.

    Saddle stand in Hunter Green

    I was so close to changing my mind about my order when I saw all the bad reviews for State Line Tack, but I'm really glad I stuck with it. I was looking for a Hunter Green saddle stand and they were the only ones that had it. To my surprise, my order got here right on time and was shipped out fast. Maybe I was just lucky, but I might consider ordering from them again after this.

    Before I bought from this tack company, I didn't know they work as a drop-shipping company. They take care of the orders on their website, but the stuff actually comes from the manufacturer. Also, I had some trouble getting a refund for a saddle I sent back because it wasn't great quality. Even though I sent the saddle back unused to the manufacturer, it took a while for me to get my money back. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me about a refund timeline that wasn't clearly explained in their return policies.

    I recently bought a horse saddle pad from this company and man, oh man, it was a total letdown. The shipping took forever, and when I finally got the item, there was no paperwork or anything to help me return it if needed. Trying to return it was a total headache too. I had to pick up the phone to start the return process, and let me tell you, the customer service was the worst. They were no help at all, so slow, and even rude. And get this, I had to pay for shipping both ways if I wanted to send the item back. When I finally got the credit back on my account, they deducted almost 20 bucks because of the shipping fees. My whole experience with this company was a hot mess.

    I've been shopping at this store for a while now, buying horse supplies for years without any issues. But man, my recent experience with them was a major letdown. They dropped the ball on communication big time, letting me order stuff that was on backorder without giving me a heads up. And don't even get me started on the shipping delays with no explanation. When I called to double-check if they had everything in stock, they said yes, but turns out one item was on backorder and it held up my whole order. I had to haul butt over an hour away to grab what I needed before the bad weather rolled in. And you know what really ticked me off? No sincere apology or any sort of compensation for their mess-up. That was it for me. Trust broken, done deal. Not gonna be doing business with them again.

    Man, State Line Tack is just not cool. I was trying to buy a bridle and saddle pad, but then all this weird stuff started happening. The prices kept changing, the codes weren't working, and the offers just vanished. And when I tried to get some help, they didn't even seem to care! My first order was fine, but I'm not taking a chance on a second one. Don't mess with these shady sales tactics, people.

    I gotta tell ya, I recently bought something from State Line Tack and let me just say - it was a total nightmare. The whole thing felt like a never-ending bad dream. First off, their marketing tricks are just downright shady. They reel you in with all these promises of discounts and sales, but then hit you with a higher price when you're checking out. It's like they're the kings of false advertising or somethin'. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's non-existent.     I've been shopping at this horse store for years and I've always been really impressed with how awesome the customer service is. The staff is super friendly, super smart, and always willing to help me out with any questions I have. Plus, the stuff they sell is top-notch and always lives up to my expectations.

    I did have a little issue getting a refund one time, but when I called customer service a second time, they sorted it out right away. I really appreciated how fast and efficient the person I spoke to was, making sure everything turned out positive. I'll definitely be coming back to this store for more shopping because of their great customer service and awesome products.

    I had a really bad experience with an online purchase from State Line Tack recently and I don't think I'll be shopping there again. All I wanted to do was exchange a shirt for a different size, but after shelling out $10 to ship it back, I never got the new item. It's been two months since they got my return and they still haven't fixed the problem. It feels like they basically just took my money. I've called multiple times but no one seems willing to help me out. It's beyond frustrating and disappointing. I definitely don't recommend shopping with them.

    Blanket for mini donkey

    I just bought a blanket for my mini donkey from this company. It was annoying because they said it was in stock when I bought it, but then it ended up being back-ordered and took 2 whole weeks to ship. And when I finally got it, guess what? The dang leg straps were missing! I tried emailing them a bunch of times, but they told me they didn't have that part in stock. Can you believe that?

    I recently bought a horse blanket from this store and I gotta say, I was blown away by all the different options they had. The website was super easy to use, and I found exactly what I needed without any trouble. Checking out was a breeze, and I really liked that I could get my order shipped faster if I wanted to.     I just bought a flymask from this shop and paid extra to get it faster. But after 5 days, my order was still being processed and hadn't even been shipped yet. I called customer service to ask for a refund on the extra shipping fee, and the person I talked to was so rude and unprofessional. I wish I had ordered from somewhere else where I could have gotten my item quicker and maybe even with free shipping. It's frustrating to shell out almost $15 for shipping on a flymask.

    So I got this awesome new saddle pad because my pony needed one, and I was so pumped for it to show up. But get this - when it arrived, it was all crumpled up and not even packed right! Seriously, I shelled out good cash for this thing! And to top it off, they didn't even throw in the free brush that was supposed to be included. Total bummer!

    Tanned leather used as prime material nicely crafted by hand Most liked comfort for both horse and rider provided with this particular Saddle
    Cost is same as expected ,no over charging issue so far since last three years .
