Second order with the company
I just made my second purchase with this company and I have to say, I am really impressed. The process from ordering to receiving my items was smooth and quick. I just bought some Living Proof Full Dry Volume Blast and EVO Water Killer Dry Shampoo from an online store. They got to me in just 5 days, even though I live out in the boonies. I was pretty shocked at how fast they came. And when I opened the package, both items were exactly what I wanted, and they were really good quality. I've bought these things from other places in the past, but LaLa Daisy had them for about half the price. It was a good deal.
Misleading Product Information
The stuff I got wasn't new, and that was kind of a bummer 'cause I paid a good amount for it. Usually, this brand wraps their new stuff in plastic, so it was a letdown to see mine wasn't. The website should've mentioned the chance of getting secondhand or returned items. But I gotta admit, the containers were filled up and the stuff inside looked legit. Still, I don't think I'll buy from them again.
Hair care products
My time at LaLa Daisy was alright. I thought the ordering part went smoothly and everything showed up when expected, but nothing really blew me away. The stuff I got was alright and matched up with what was promised, but nothing stood out as amazing. I didn't run into any problems when it came to paying or getting my order, which was good. All in all, it was just an average experience.
Davines shampoo purchase
I'm really happy I stumbled upon this website! I usually buy my favorite products here, but they are way cheaper. The Davines shampoo is absolutely fantastic, and I really appreciate that I can rely on this site for high-quality items. They package everything so nicely and make sure to secure the caps tightly with strong tape to avoid any spills. I'm already looking forward to my next purchase from them!

I just bought an eyebrow pencil and lip gloss from this online store I've been loyal to for years. Only had to reach out to customer service that one time 'cause the delivery carrier messed up. But Tara in customer service was awesome - she quickly fixed things by sending me a replacement order using a different shipping company. The products I got were top-notch, just like I thought they'd be.
