Personalized jewelry pieces
I had some trouble browsing through the initials available for necklaces. It took me a few tries to find the ones I needed, especially after 'f'. But after trying again and again, I finally found what I was looking for. I also wanted more details on the chain lengths and a clearer metal composition description when it says 'silver' or 'gold'. I usually wear Surgical Steel or Sterling Silver earrings because I'm sensitive to gold posts. Even though there were some small issues, I have to say the personalized jewelry pieces were really nice and caught my attention. I'm excited to order more in the future.

Ring stack order
I just gotta say, this company really doesn't know how to treat their customers. I ordered a set of rings and ended up getting only one, totally different from what I picked out. It was a whole ordeal trying to sort it out - had to go back and forth with them in like 13 emails just to explain what was wrong and show them some pics. And you know what? After all that, they wouldn't even give me my money back. Dealing with them was a total nightmare and I wouldn't suggest anyone to shop there.
Delays in shipping, excellent customer service
Even though there was a delay in shipping which made the gift arrive late, I was really impressed by how quickly customer service got back to me and apologized. Once the gift was finally given, it was well received. It just goes to show that good communication is so important in these kinds of situations.
Tarot Empress necklace
When I first got the necklace, I wasn't too thrilled because it wasn't what I had hoped for. But the customer service was amazing! They not only gave me a refund, but also some extra credit to try something else. So I decided to give the Tarot Empress necklace another shot, and I'm so glad I did because now I really love it! I just bought this really pretty necklace from this company, but it ended up getting lost in the mail thanks to some break-in at the USPS office. Rings with wrong birthstone
I got two rings with my birthstone, but when I got them, they had the wrong birthstone in them. I was really bummed out about it! Their jewelry is junk and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They promise a gift card if you have a problem but never give it to you and stop responding to you. Trust me, go elsewhere. Total scam

Necklace with missing letters
This company is terrible! I ordered a necklace with my daughter's name, "ABBY," but they sent me one with only "ABY" on it. They said they would send a replacement, but it was still wrong. Then, to make things worse, a stone fell out of the ring after just three times wearing it, and they won't replace it. There's no phone number to call for help, and now I'm out almost $100 with nothing to fix the problem. It's all just a big joke!
