    Webfont purchase

    I bought a webfont from this website and, darn it, it didn't work right. I tried it on all sorts of devices and settings, but no luck. When I contacted MyFonts about getting my money back, they dodged it by suggesting a replacement of equal value. I was let down by this, especially since I followed their refund policy by reporting the problem within the set time limit.

    This order was so different from my usual ones! Normally, I get my stuff in a super cute little box that's perfect for giving as a gift. But this time, my order came in a boring envelope. And guess what? Inside was just my item in a plain black velvet bag. Not cute at all!

    Laptop desk clamp

    I got this laptop desk clamp from here and let me tell you, it's been a total game changer.     Unauthorized software subscription

    I just had a really annoying experience with this online service I've been using forever. Out of nowhere, they charged me for a software subscription I never even wanted. And get this - they said I signed up for it without telling me. Can you believe that? I was so mad about their sneaky move and I don't think I'll ever use their service again. It's a shame because I've had good experiences with their software before, but now I can't trust them. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone after what they pulled.

    I recently bought some different lighting products and I'm really impressed with how nice they are. I've been buying from this company for a while now and I've never had any big problems with their stuff. Their customer service team was quick to help me out when I had a little issue with the app. I have a mix of lights from their Essentials line and some fancier ones like the canvas and tiles, and they all make my home look really stylish. The app was a bit tricky at first, but the recent update made it a lot easier to use with Google Home.     I bought something late last night from this company and was surprised by the confirmation I got the next morning. I tried to cancel the order, but they wouldn't help me out, even though it was my first time buying there as an older customer.     Receipt correction for monthly bonus

    I thought fixing a receipt for a monthly bonus was pretty confusing. It was tough, especially for someone like me who's not so great with technology. Finding info about the bonus was hard and the steps to correct it weren't very clear. Plus, three days to get it all done seemed super short. I mean, a lot of us have jam-packed schedules with work, family stuff, and other things going on. Giving a week to make the correction would have been way better for everyone.
