Coffee and pastries
I found this great spot with amazing coffee and pastries. The people working there are so friendly and they always brighten my day. It's much better than the other place nearby.
Nero Platinum Suite purchase
I came across this email with an awesome special offer and I was like, "OMG, I definitely need this software!" I clicked on the link and purchased the Nero Platinum Suite. The email mentioned that I would receive a download link after they processed my payment, but surprise, surprise - they took my money and disappeared! Seriously, where's my software, man? Nero, that's not cool at all.
Unauthorized subscription
I recently had a situation where this company kept my card details without asking and charged me for a subscription a whole year after my first purchase. I never signed up for anything like that, so you can imagine how surprised I was when I saw the money gone from my account. I reached out to their customer service and got this poorly written email with some instructions on how to cancel the subscription. The link they gave me only led to a login page, and I couldn't find the option to unsubscribe anywhere. I tried emailing them multiple times with no luck - they never got back to me. So, I had no other choice but to get my credit card company involved to reverse the charges.
Upgrade to latest version of software
I just updated my software to the newest version, but I ran into a problem at the end of the installation. I tried reinstalling it a few times, but I couldn't figure it out. I contacted customer support for help two weeks back, but I haven't heard back from them yet.
Unauthorized software subscription
I just had a really annoying experience with this online service I've been using forever. Out of nowhere, they charged me for a software subscription I never even wanted. And get this - they said I signed up for it without telling me. Can you believe that? I was so mad about their sneaky move and I don't think I'll ever use their service again. It's a shame because I've had good experiences with their software before, but now I can't trust them. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone after what they pulled.
Software purchase
I bought this software suite and it's been a total nightmare. I couldn't even activate it, then they tried to scam me into buying an upgrade that wasn't even mentioned at the beginning. I'm definitely gonna return it because it's just not worth all the trouble.
Nero 12 Platinum Plus software
I just bought Nero 12 Platinum Plus software, and when I uninstalled the old versions using Nero Utility, I ran into a problem while trying to reinstall it. I got an error message saying "Install shield failed, the wizard stopped before Nero 12 could finish installing." It was really annoying because I couldn't find a way to contact customer support for help. I didn't know what to do next to get the software installed properly.
Nero 2015 platinum - video editing software
I just bought the Nero 2015 platinum video editing software and honestly, I was a little let down by it. It didn't have many new features compared to the last version. The video conversion takes forever and doesn't use the GPU, so it's not very efficient. Another thing that bothered me was that the audio level adjustments don't show percentages anymore, which makes editing harder. On the bright side, I did like the Nero AirBurn application. It was easy to use and really convenient. As for the Nero MediaHome Receiver App and Nero MediaHome WiFi Sync App, they weren't really that helpful to me personally.
Nero Platinum unlimited license
I recently bought a Nero Platinum unlimited license from a store, and everything was good at first when I downloaded updates. But then, after about a week, Nero Start started acting weird and kept asking me to activate the product online. When I tried to enter the activation code from my purchase, it said it had already been used. Sadly, I can't seem to find any customer service to help me with this problem. Now, Nero Burn and maybe even other Nero Platinum suite software can't be used offline after updating.
Got charged $5 without activating
I was charged $5, but at first, it didn't seem like anything happened. I thought it was a fake charge, but later I realized it did activate for the account linked to my PayPal email. Just a heads up for anyone using a different email for their PayPal account.
Nero Platinum unlimited software
I just have to say, Nero Platinum unlimited software is just awful. The slideshow maker is a mess, the quality control slider never seems to work right. It's not worth the money, trust me. I suggest steering clear and using an older version that actually does what it's supposed to do.
Product support assistance
I've been having some major problems getting help from this company. I've tried reaching out through emails, tickets, and webchat multiple times, but I haven't gotten any responses or help. It's really frustrating to deal with this lack of communication and support. I would suggest thinking twice before buying anything from this company because the lack of help after you make a purchase is pretty worrying.
Software annoy me
I used to really enjoy using this software, but now it's bombarding me with ads on my computer and it's just really frustrating. It used to make me happy, but now I think it's time to part ways with it.
Quality coffee and exceptional customer service
The customer service here is amazing! Ellie, one of the staff members, really went out of her way to make sure I had a fantastic experience. She was so friendly and paid attention to all the little details, which made my visit super enjoyable. And let's not forget about the delicious coffee they serve here - it's top-notch! I can't thank Ellie enough for her hard work and dedication. She's definitely someone to look up to when it comes to customer service.
Nero Burning ROM software
My recent time with Nero Burning ROM software wasn't great. I hadn't used it in a bit, but when I tried to copy a DVD, the program wouldn't let me. Turns out, there's only a certain number of things you can do with it, which wasn't mentioned when I bought it. And even when I tried to activate it with the code they gave me, it didn't work. It's been a hassle and has definitely made me think twice about the product.
Coffee and scone purchase
I just bought a coffee and a scone at the airport cafe, and man, let me tell you, that scone was a major letdown. I paid a steep $3.2 for it, but it was definitely not worth the price. The scone was stale and far from fresh, just ruining my whole coffee break vibe. I was really looking forward to munching on a delicious treat with my coffee, but I ended up feeling pretty disappointed.
Ordered something online
I placed an order online this morning, but when I tried to see where it was at in the delivery process, I discovered that the email they provided for customer service isn't valid! I couldn't find any other way to reach them either. I got really worried and called my bank to cancel the order and report it as fraud. I don't think this website is reliable at all.
Scammy subscription
Oh my gosh, I thought I was just getting something awesome but they totally tricked me into agreeing to automatic renewals! I mean, seriously? I just wanted to purchase the thing and be finished with it. It's like they picked up this sneaky tactic from Microsoft's Office suite subscriptions. At least with Microsoft, they offer you a choice, but here it seems like they're pushing you into it. Ugh, super annoying.
Software installation and online support
I bought this software not too long ago and I was pretty happy with how it works. But when I installed it, some parts were acting up. I tried to get some help using their online support form because they don't have a phone number to call. I got a confirmation email at first, but then I didn't hear anything back for a while, so I sent another message about the issue. It's been a week now since I first reached out, and we were able to figure out the problem on our own. It's kind of a bummer that the customer support team didn’t respond.
My recent experience at a coffee shop located at a train station
I was really disappointed when I went to this coffee shop and had to deal with a staff member who didn't seem to have any idea about disabilities. They made some inappropriate remarks and didn't show any sensitivity towards people with disabilities. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected from the whole situation. What really bothers me is that this isn't the first time I've encountered rude behavior from staff at this coffee shop. Because of that, I've decided that I won't be going back there in the future.
