Flight cancellation chaos
Even though we booked our flight with this company, nobody let us know when they suddenly canceled our flight. We had no idea and showed up at the airport, just to be turned away. The fact that they didn't communicate with us and keep us informed is really frustrating. I definitely don't recommend using this service.
