Merchant Account Opening
So, I recently decided to open a merchant account with this company, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. They hit me with a whopping $750.00 fee just to get started, and then added another $50.00 on top of that for who knows what. What really got me was that after only a month, my account suddenly stopped working out of the blue. I had no idea because the dashboard still showed my account as active. When I tried to get a hold of customer service, I got nothing but crickets. They said it's all self-help, but hey, as a regular user, I think it's their job to let us know when there's a problem with our accounts. This lack of transparency is not just annoying, but shady and maybe even illegal. I've seen other folks with the same complaints, so it might be time to think about some legal action here.

The clothes I bought were really good quality and so comfortable. I also got this cool bracelet that looked great with my outfit. I love that this company helps out communities that need it, it feels great to know my purchase is doing some good. Plus, my order came really fast and everything was in perfect shape. I'm super happy with how everything went and will definitely be shopping here again.

Damaged sofa delivery
My new sofa was delivered all messed up, and get this, they tried to make me pay to take it back! Are you kidding me? It took them forever to even come get it in the first place, and then they have the nerve to ask for more money. I mean, come on! After we made a stink about it, they finally gave us a discount, but it was still a rough situation all around. Sofa Dreams needs to step up their game, seriously.
