Recent sofa purchase
I recently bought a sofa from this store and it was a great experience. I just wanted to look around at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by all the different couch sets they had. The staff was super helpful and really knew their stuff. The store manager even personally helped me find the perfect sofa for my living room. The delivery was quick and the team was really nice, making sure the sofa was placed exactly how I wanted it. I also liked that they kept me updated on the delivery schedule, which made everything easy. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely come back to shop here again.
Luxurious Leather Sofa
I've had this really nice leather sofa for about a year now, and I gotta say, I'm super happy with it. Even with my two dogs, keeping it clean is a breeze. The quality is amazing and it looks so good in my living room. I definitely think the price I paid was worth it, since it's held up way better than I thought it would. Next time, I'll make sure to get one with a sleeper function, but from now on, I'm only sticking with this brand when it comes to buying sofas.
Leather sectional sofa
It was definitely worth the wait, even though there was a one-day delay from the supplier. But they gave me a good reason for it, so I still have to give it 5 stars because I'm rating the product itself, not the delivery service. I had checked out the quality in person at the showroom and decided to go with the buffalo leather. The headrests, lighting, and remote control all work perfectly, and the seating comfort is top-notch.
Big sofa purchase
I bought a big living room sofa set from this store a couple years back and I gotta say, I am super happy with it. It's really comfy, roomy, and, most importantly, really well made. It can definitely handle a lot. I'm really happy I spent my money here. They also make customer service a big deal. Always a great shopping experience here. New sofa with durable fabric and comfortable seats
Our new couch came today, a whole week earlier than we thought it would! The fabric is super tough, which was key for us with our pets. It’s a real nice dark gray and the seats are unbelievably comfy. We’re thrilled with our new couch - it’s perfect!

I recently bought a corner sofa with real leather, a bed function, and 2 USB ports from this store. The delivery had a small issue, but overall, I was happy with the quality, packaging, and appearance of the sofa. It was packed really well for shipping, so it arrived without any damage. However, I was a little disappointed with the delivery service because even though I paid extra for the "2-Man Handling" option, I still had to help the delivery driver bring the sofa inside my home. This was unexpected since I paid more for that service. Also, the tracking on the website was off because it still showed the items as "In Processing" even after they were delivered. If the delivery process gets better in the future, I might shop here again. But for now, I'd probably think twice, especially for heavy items that need assistance.
Bed purchase
My husband and I bought a bed about 5 years ago, and we had a great experience with the staff at the store. We chose this company because we liked the style and quality of their products, especially their leather sofas which we couldn't find anywhere else. Lately, we were talking about how durable our couch has been, especially the leather, so we decided to order a bed from them.

I'm so happy with the couch and bed I got from this store! They're both top-notch in quality, and I love that the couch has built-in charging. Even after 3 years, the couch still looks like new, which really shows how well-made it is. And the boxspring bed is just stunning, it really adds a classy vibe to my bedroom.

Sofa purchase
I recently bought a sofa from this company, and I've gotta say, I've been really let down by the whole experience. The sofa started falling apart pretty quickly, with the leather coming apart at the seams. I reached out for help, and all they did was blame the product. They said they'd send a replacement cushion, but it's been months and still nothing. Their lack of responsibility and communication is not cool. I ended up having to pay out of pocket to fix the cushion myself because of how lousy the quality was. I definitely recommend avoiding this company to save yourself the hassle and disappointment.
Damaged sofa delivery
My new sofa was delivered all messed up, and get this, they tried to make me pay to take it back! Are you kidding me? It took them forever to even come get it in the first place, and then they have the nerve to ask for more money. I mean, come on! After we made a stink about it, they finally gave us a discount, but it was still a rough situation all around. Sofa Dreams needs to step up their game, seriously.
