Two rings for daughters
I bought two rings for my daughters not long ago, and one fit great, but the other didn't. Since it was my first time ordering from this company, I reached out to their customer service about it. I have to say, their customer service was amazing! They got back to me quickly and sent me a new ring that fit just right. Both of my daughters were thrilled with the rings, they really are beautiful. After this great experience, I'll definitely be shopping with them again.
Wrong-sized ring replacement
I had a little mix-up with an order for a ring that ended up being the wrong size. I didn't realize the mistake until three months later, and when I contacted customer service about exchanging it, they said I could keep the wrong ring and sent me a replacement in the right size right away. Their customer service was amazing and really stood out to me. I'm very happy with their prices, quality, and service overall. I'll definitely be coming back to shop with them again.

I've bought a bunch of stuff from this store for gifts and I gotta say, I'm always blown away by how nice everything is. Rings - quick shipping and customer service response
The rings I got came quickly, but I was bummed when one of the stones fell out after just one day of wearing it. I got in touch with customer service and they were super quick to respond and offered to replace it or give me a refund. I'm still waiting for the new one to come in. The other ring I got has been awesome - no issues at all and it looks amazing! I also snagged 2 more rings that are supposed to be coming tomorrow.
Bad Ass Girl Gang bracelets
I just had to get 15 Bad Ass Girl Gang bracelets in all kinds of colors for my girlfriends, and let me tell you, they were a hit! best friend's wave ring
I picked up this really awesome wave ring for my BFF at this store. She was so stoked about it, but then she had to remove it in a hurry because of a medical emergency, which was really unfortunate. I reached out to the store to see about getting a replacement, and they ended up sending me a new one at no cost! They were super fast in responding to me.
