Stylish Suit
I bought this suit a couple of years ago and honestly, I'm pretty happy with it. It's got a cool design and looks sharp when I put it on. But here's the thing - the sizing is way off. I'm 5'9" and 175lbs with an athletic build, and even though I checked the size chart, the suit ended up being too snug around my arms and thighs. It made it tough to move around comfortably, which was a bummer. Looking back, I probably should've gone with a bigger size to avoid this issue. Despite that, the suit is good quality and looks really nice overall.

White shorts and top
I just bought this pair of white shorts and a top from this company and when I got them, the color of the shorts was totally different from what I saw on the website! So, I contacted customer service about it and I was so relieved when they got back to me. They said they would send me a new pair of shorts that actually looked like the picture, and they even told me I could keep the ones I already had. I thought that was really nice of them to do. It just shows that they really care about making sure their customers are happy.

Phone drop out car window
My family and I were on vacation, just cruising along, when I made a spontaneous U-turn in a parking lot. It was so crazy that my phone sitting on the dashboard ended up flying out the window. My boyfriend witnessed the whole thing and had to rush out to grab it from the road. Surprisingly, my phone survived with just a few scratches on the case and screen. I will definitely be purchasing from that brand again!

I bought some underwear and wipes after seeing an ad that caught my attention. But man, they were horrible! First off, they sneakily tried to sign me up for a subscription, not cool at all! The wipes reeked of chemicals and the undies felt like I was wearing a diaper. They leaked all over the place and were crazy uncomfortable. Complete waste of my money!

I tried to get some help using their online support form because they don't have a phone number to call. I got a confirmation email at first, but then I didn't hear anything back for a while, so I sent another message about the issue. It's been a week now since I first reached out, and we were able to figure out the problem on our own. It's kind of a bummer that the customer support team didn’t respond.
