Linen bedding, pajamas, curtains
I've been a loyal customer for a few years now and let me tell you, I absolutely love everything I've bought from here. The linen bedding sets are amazing, way better than anything I've tried elsewhere. The colors are so pretty and the quality is like sleeping on a cloud. These sheets are comfortable no matter the temperature outside. I also got some cute pajamas that fit just right and feel super soft. Oh, and the curtains are simple but they come in all sizes so you can find the perfect fit for your windows. On top of that, the customer service is fantastic. I had a missing item one time and they took care of it immediately. And when I needed to exchange something, it was a breeze.
Couch covers and custom sham covers
I recently got myself 2 couch covers and 6 custom sham covers, and I gotta say, the fabric quality is top-notch. The prices are reasonable, and even after throwing them in the wash on sanitize mode with high heat and spin, they held up like a champ. The fabric has actually gotten softer and cozier with time, and the colors haven't faded one bit. When I had a little hiccup with the fit of one of the shams, the customer service team was fantastic. They worked with me to come up with a new design that fit perfectly. Compared to other linen brands I've tried, Magic Linen is definitely a step above in terms of quality, color longevity, and customer service.
Charcoal gray linen duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillow cases
I got this really nice charcoal gray linen duvet cover, fitted sheet, and two pillow cases from this company. They're all made well and the customer service was amazing. But, when my order came, I noticed the duvet cover was a different shade of gray than the pillow cases and fitted sheet. I reached out to customer service and they quickly sent me a new duvet cover in the right color. They explained that they recently changed their materials or dye process to make the linen even better. Overall, I'm super happy with how everything turned out and would definitely buy from them again.
Comforter cover
The customer service I got was absolutely amazing. I messed up and picked the wrong size for my comforter cover, plus had to switch up my delivery address because of travel plans. Kornelija was super helpful the whole way through, keeping me updated on my order status and making sure I got the right item on time. Her friendly and efficient help made the whole thing easy peasy and enjoyable. And on top of the excellent customer service, the comforter cover is top-notch quality and looks gorgeous on my bed. I'm thrilled with both the product and the service I got.
shorts, bandeau, bandana, long sleeve button down
I love everything I got! The shorts fit great and are so comfy, I definitely want them in more colors. The bandeau is super cute and perfect for layering under tops. The bandana adds a nice pop of color to any outfit. My husband really likes his long sleeve button down, it's stylish and comfy. Overall, would highly recommend all the items I got from here!
Recent linen purchase
I just bought some linen stuff and man, it's high quality! The fabric feels so nice and sturdy, great for using every day. I really like how much care went into the stitching and design of everything.
Linen bedding set
I had such a great experience with this company, start to finish. The customer service team was super responsive and really helped me out with all of my questions right away. When there was a problem with my delivery, they fixed it quickly and even sent me a new item without charging me extra. The bedding set I ordered came in just 4 days after I ordered, which was really impressive. This company's team really does so much for their customers, being kind and patient the whole time. I'm very happy with my purchase and for sure will buy from them again.
Duvet cover purchase
First, I gotta say, the customer service at this place is amazing. I needed help with my order and they responded like lightning and were really nice about it. It's not often you get treated that well these days, ya know? And man, the variety of colors and patterns they offer is crazy. I seriously couldn't choose one because they were all so pretty. Eventually, I picked out a stunning duvet cover and I'm so excited for it to arrive. If the product is even half as good as the service I got, I know I'm gonna love it.
White shorts and top
I just bought this pair of white shorts and a top from this company and when I got them, the color of the shorts was totally different from what I saw on the website! So, I contacted customer service about it and I was so relieved when they got back to me. They said they would send me a new pair of shorts that actually looked like the picture, and they even told me I could keep the ones I already had. I thought that was really nice of them to do. It just shows that they really care about making sure their customers are happy.
Tablecloth purchase
I just bought a new tablecloth and I couldn't be happier with it! The fabric is super soft and feels really luxurious on my table. I was stoked to see that it was made in Europe, which just adds to its charm. Plus, there are so many color choices available, making it a breeze to find one that fits my decor perfectly. This linen is incredible, I swear! The quality is top-notch and the styles are just so cool. I'm obsessed with the frilled pillow cases and doona covers, they are absolutely beautiful.
