Carry on closet, medium, and large check-in bags
I really love my suitcases from this company! I got my first carry on closet more than 2 years ago, and recently got the medium and large check-in bags too. The "closet" packing system is super cool and keeps everything in order. It was so handy when I crashed at a friend's place and didn't even have to unpack. But after lots of trips, my older bag got a little crack from being mishandled by a flight attendant. I reached out to customer service about their lifetime warranty, and they were amazing! They swapped out my bag without any trouble. Awesome products and even better customer service.

My cool costumes
I went to this Halloween store and found some really cool costumes for me and my friends. But when we got back home, we realized that one of the costumes was too small. We decided to return it, but when we went back the next day, the employees were really rude and wouldn't let us exchange it. They flat out said no refunds or anything! It was totally unfair! I was super disappointed and now I don't plan on going back there.

Eyelash serum- amazing results
After using the eyelash serum for 10 weeks, I gotta tell ya, it really does the trick! I had this bare spot in the middle of my eyelashes, and now they've grown back full and luscious. I got an email from this company saying they had flights for under $200, but when I went to their website right after, there weren't any flights at that price. I was surprised to see the prices changed so quickly, within just 5 minutes of getting the email. This kind of misleading info isn't cool at all - as a customer, it's frustrating. I felt like Travelocity was just sending out spam emails to reel people in, and their pricing tactics were shady. I won't be using this company again.

This dating site online is totally a scam, man! The name might sound good, but it's really just all about money. They got those fake profiles and trick you into paying all these fees for memberships that aren't even real. And then they go ahead and renew your subscription without even asking you! I swore I canceled my subscription forever ago, but they were still trying to bill me every month. Luckily, I ended up finding my real soulmate on a different site and we just got hitched last week.

Poor quality belt
I just bought a belt from this company and man, let me tell you, the quality was seriously lacking. I wore it for just a few weeks and it was already falling apart - what a bummer! When I tried reaching out to customer service for help, they basically told me to take it up with the person who gifted it to me. So not cool! I even filled out a customer satisfaction form and got no response. I gotta say, I won't be giving props to this company to anyone. My recent experience at a coffee shop located at a train station
I was really disappointed when I went to this coffee shop and had to deal with a staff member who didn't seem to have any idea about disabilities. They made some inappropriate remarks and didn't show any sensitivity towards people with disabilities. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected from the whole situation. What really bothers me is that this isn't the first time I've encountered rude behavior from staff at this coffee shop. Because of that, I've decided that I won't be going back there in the future.
