Issue resolved quickly
I reached out via email with my issue, and then this guy, Dave, gave me a call and sorted everything out for me. He was really friendly and gave me clear instructions on what to do next. After a couple more emails and a quick phone call, he got my replacement on its way! Dave was so efficient and professional in handling my problem. I'll definitely be making future purchases from this place and spreading the word to all my friends.
Trunk carry-on luggage
I used the trunk carry-on for a wedding during Memorial Day weekend and ran into a problem with one of the wheels and a tear in the collapsible closet. I reached out to customer service through email and got a prompt reply. I sent in some pictures and details, and within 2 hours, they had a replacement on the way. I was really impressed with how fast and easy the whole process was, and the customer service was top-notch.
Travel luggage
I love this luggage for people who travel a lot. I'm always on the move for work, so having a tough and trustworthy suitcase is super important to me. Sadly, I ran into a problem with the latch on my luggage, but when I contacted customer service, they fixed it right up. I really liked how quickly they responded and took care of my issue. All in all, I'm really happy with the product and the customer service was great.
Suitcase purchase
I just bought a suitcase and I really like it a lot. It moves around really easily and it's not heavy at all, making it great for travel. The only hiccup was that my first order got sent to the wrong address because of a mix-up with the shipping info. Durable suitcase replaced quickly
I bought a suitcase from this company and it held up really well after a few trips. But, it got messed up by the airline on my last journey. Even though the airline didn't want to take responsibility for the damage, the customer service team at this company was amazing. I reached out to them about the problem, and they quickly sent me a new suitcase with no problems. I just wanted to give a shoutout to Lyza for her awesome customer service throughout this whole situation.
Got a new suitcase cuz old one got messed up
My luggage broke while I was on a trip, so I sent them a picture and they sent me a brand new one! They were really nice about it!
Carry on closet, medium, and large check-in bags
I really love my suitcases from this company! I got my first carry on closet more than 2 years ago, and recently got the medium and large check-in bags too. The "closet" packing system is super cool and keeps everything in order. It was so handy when I crashed at a friend's place and didn't even have to unpack. But after lots of trips, my older bag got a little crack from being mishandled by a flight attendant. I reached out to customer service about their lifetime warranty, and they were amazing! They swapped out my bag without any trouble. Awesome products and even better customer service.
Luggage purchase with exceptional customer service
When I bought a piece of luggage from this company, I really liked how it looked and worked. But then a piece of fabric ripped not long after I started using it. Even though the warranty had expired, I reached out to customer service and sent photos of the damage. They got back to me fast and said the luggage shouldn't have broken. In just 24 hours, they sent me a new piece of luggage for free. I was really amazed by how they stood by their product and made sure I was happy. I definitely suggest this company for their great customer service and awesome products.
Awesome luggage, cracked shell
I got this really awesome suitcase that was so easy to use and travel with. But after about a year and a half, it got a crack in the shell. I was really disappointed because I really liked my suitcase, but I decided to reach out to customer service. They were so nice about it and sent me a replacement right away. I was back to traveling in style again. I definitely recommend getting this luggage because it's not only great, but the customer service is top-notch too!
Purchased Carry On Closet for spouse
I recently bought a Carry On Closet for my spouse and I've got to say, I'm really happy with how good it is. But, after a few trips, a crack showed up on the luggage shell. I got in touch with customer service through their website and gave them all the info they needed. In just a few minutes, they asked for pictures of the damage. I sent the photos, and they told me a new Carry On Closet would be on its way. In less than an hour, the problem was fixed, and I got the replacement. I'm seriously impressed by how quick and helpful the customer service is at this company. The Carry On Closet itself is a super practical and well-designed piece of luggage that has been awesome on our travels. Overall, I'm really happy with both the product and the company.
Awesome backpack
Man, this backpack is awesome! I tore a strap by mistake, but they were really chill about it. They totally fixed it up for me, no problem. They were friendly, cool, and fixed it up real quick. I'm so pumped about this backpack, it's like my new favorite thing!

Bag replacement experience
I had a part of my bag break on me the other day, but luckily it wasn't the customer service that failed! I contacted the company and in no time, they got all my details and sent me a new piece. Their service was super fast and efficient. Even though there was a small problem with the bag, I know I'll still be a happy customer and keep using their products for a long time.
New set of luggage cracked
My new luggage set was a real bummer when I found cracks in the supposedly uncrackable hard shell on both pieces. Thankfully, Solgaard hooked me up with replacements right away. It seems like my set and color were just a fluke, so I'm excited to get my new pieces and start traveling again. I really dig the colors, design, roomy interior, and secure snap closures - can't wait to use these for a long time!
Backpack warranty claim
