    Double order mistake

    I bought something from this company recently and somehow ended up with two of the same thing in my cart. So I got charged double. I contacted customer service right away and they were really helpful. They fixed it by taking one of the items off my order.

    I recently booked a ride with this company and, man, it was a total disaster. They promised the fee was all covered, but when we got there, the taxi driver hit us with an extra 20 bucks because he never got paid. Talk about a mess, right? We were left high and dry, no way to get back except to hoof it all the way home. To top it off, they gave us the wrong time for the trip so it was way shorter than we thought. And when I tried to cancel my other bookings? A nightmare. I was totally caught off guard and deceived by this company. Save yourself the trouble, steer clear of them.

    I picked up a body lotion and shower gel set from this shop recently. The products themselves are top-notch in quality and smell great. However, I was a bit let down by the delivery choices and pricing. I ended up having to cancel my order because they didn't honor the free delivery option that they promote all over the place. The only choice I had at checkout was a £7.95 delivery fee, which seemed pretty high to me, especially considering what I was already spending on the products. It would have been nice to have more delivery options to choose from, especially for folks who aren't in a rush to get their goodies.

    I've bought e-cigarettes and electronics from this company multiple times, and I've always had a great experience. The prices are good, the shipping is quick, and the customer service is really helpful. I suggest choosing the free discreet shipping and asking for a $10 value on the shipment to steer clear of any customs problems. Definitely recommend!

    Sleezy company and customer service. I would score lower if I could. Received a defective suitcase. Inquired through the support, was told I would receive a full refund written via email. A week after they received the item they finally processed only a partial refund. I have been trying to reach them to resolve the issue for days, and I’m getting unhelpful replies from different members of the support team, all dishonorably not following through with the full refund as they stated they would do.They do not honor their own words, nor do they represent their products truthfully. They effectively stole my money. Do not trust what you read on their website. And don’t trust customer service to resolve any issues.

    Ticket to an event

    Bought a ticket to one of the events and about 36 hours before its scheduled time, it was canceled by cityswoon. Got an email saying that they've credited the amount I paid but the credit is not on the card I paid with, and it's not anywhere to be seen on their website either. According to the email, I can only use the credit to book future events, which for my age category happen only once/month. They make it clear in the email that this is how their T...C are set up. So they literally steal your money, but because they tell you they can do that beforehand, it's not illegal. It's ridiculous, I just gave them $40 for nothing, I wish I could at least give it to charity. There should be a law against such schemes or at least cityswoon.com should refund people's money when the customer has 0% fault. I recommend to stay away from them

    I purchased Ever Onyx Disc Bracelet with sales representative Sam, In a Ginette store in NY. I called him from the different state and asked numerous questions.

    I need to mention, Sam provided extraordinary service: he was very polite, kind, patient and absolutely high professional.
    He helped me to choose which piece is better matching to my other pieces, size and so on.

    My wife loves their jewelry but they"re terrible at communication. I had a problem with the delivery address. They don't have an option to cancel the order and they didn't reply to emails or their automated chat system for 6 days. When they finally replied they told me they don't check their emails over the weekend. I had messaged on a Wednesday. They were apologetic when finally replying but it felt like too little too late since my many pleas for support had been ignored for days.

    Worst customer service and support

    I would say this is not a great program as their customer service is the worst one and moreover the relationship manager is another waste. I am not sure what is his role if he is not able to do what he is supposed to do.

    Overall the curriculum is kind of ok but the teacher won't teach any concepts simply the kid has to connect and start solving problems. The kid will ask the teacher only when there is a doubt.

    First of all, there were a lot of follow-ups to schedule the trial class. I need to follow up with them for every single thing - they initially said after payment you will receive an email with credentials. After that I didn't receive it, I need to follow up with them then they sent out class timings without credentials.

    After I received the credentials no clear email on what needs to be done. They simply mentioned joining the class online but no link, etc.

    Then after child's name was not showing up on the account after login. They said to contact the support team, when we contacted the support team they said to wait for a few days to get this issue resolved.

    I reached out to the relationship manager he said I will call you in 5 mins never received the call and I need to follow up.

    I broke out terribly from the oils. I sent an email two days ago and still have not heard back. They make it very difficult to return within the 30 day period. There are no published phone numbers on their website or app so you cannot speak to a live individual. There a whole huge process you have to go through to be able to return, as well as two different addresses depending on the product. I was really hoping this would be a great product to help me, but instead is very stressful.

    We're extremely sorry for the experience. iYURA oils are pure, herbal formulation - hundreds of women have loved them and have benefited from them, however, since they are pure, potent herbal products, it is possible that you were sensitive to one of the ingredients and it did not work for you. We refunded the order as per our policy.

    Good News. I sent the products back despite not having received a response to my email. I included the receipt, a picture of the products, and a letter explaining the problem. Ayurveda Experience returned my money.
