My son got enrolled for almost 1year. They did not even complete all the classes as promised in the beginning. Abruptly blocked the student account without even informing us. When we contacted the guys who were behind me literally tortured me during enrollment, they just said system is showing more classes had been taken. They were not even bothered to hear about the issue what happened in their system both from parent or teachers side. Not even responding to emails or messages. When I said I wanted to enroll again, within seconds received call. Very unprofessional. It’s been a month, still the problem is not resolved. It’s literally like torture. More than that wasted my sons valuable time. They are just money-minded, not even 1% thinking about the kids. Initially they promised me that the syllabus in-lines with usa curriculum, I don’t see it anywhere as well. This is the first time I am writing any review in my life, now you can think how much I have gone through.
Spam
I enrolled my kids in CueMath and guess what, their army of referral started calling, texting, emailing every single day. I keep on blocking numbers but a new number will be used next time. They now wanted to enroll my kid in coding, really a 3rd grader to coding? And asking me to provide my friends phone number for referral, I gave few phone numbers and now few of my friends started complaining same to me. Few of friends enrolled and after many months they didn't gave any referral based on that their referral campaign was. I won't recommend anyone to cuemath , their are much better programs here in US like Russian Math. Please their worst administration.
Math classes
Very poor customer service. Very difficult to get hold of help desk/someone when you actually have an issue. Other times, you will receive 100s of calls from their team to get your child enrolled. They literally chase you. Once the child is enrolled, they don’t really care. They don’t follow up, they don’t respond or address your concerns. Their team members only want to get more children enrolled and make money but aren’t helpful otherwise. Don’t fall for their referral program. It’s a scam. Very dissatisfied. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. Find other platforms for your kids.
Worst customer service and support
I would say this is not a great program as their customer service is the worst one and moreover the relationship manager is another waste. I am not sure what is his role if he is not able to do what he is supposed to do.
Overall the curriculum is kind of ok but the teacher won't teach any concepts simply the kid has to connect and start solving problems. The kid will ask the teacher only when there is a doubt.
First of all, there were a lot of follow-ups to schedule the trial class. I need to follow up with them for every single thing - they initially said after payment you will receive an email with credentials. After that I didn't receive it, I need to follow up with them then they sent out class timings without credentials.
After I received the credentials no clear email on what needs to be done. They simply mentioned joining the class online but no link, etc.
Then after child's name was not showing up on the account after login. They said to contact the support team, when we contacted the support team they said to wait for a few days to get this issue resolved.
I reached out to the relationship manager he said I will call you in 5 mins never received the call and I need to follow up.Two year subscription for my two kids
My kids are enrolled in cuemath for over the last 3+ years. We are very happy with the teaching pattern and learning methodology used.
Both of them are enjoying cuemath and their problem-solving skills have improved a lot.

My son is been with Cuemath from past 5 years. Earlier to Cuemath I was struggling to find out better ways to make him understand math concepts. With Cuemath all my questions are answered. Can't image any platform other than Cuemath for maths. My son is very confident in solving math problems now. With Cuemath we get all the sources - Worksheets (Covering school math), Cards to improve aptitude skills. The best part is Math gym. Daily 10mins practice is really helpful to kids. It became an habit to my son now, he doesn't miss a single day. It shows days streak, points earned, belts earned- all these encourages kids to practice more. The program is very well designed that kids can learn concepts by themselves. Any concept introduction starts with simple problems, then increases the complexity, explains different techniques too and then word problems are given in which they have to implement the techniques learnt.
Overall i'm very satisfied with Cuemath and i'm happy with my decision joining my son in Cuemath. Thanks.Cuemath
Hi, my daughter has been with Cuemath since last 4.5 years. I have seen drastic improvements in her, specially the curriculum is so good that the children can learn on their own the new concepts. The introduction of concepts are in such good manner that they easily understand it.
The teachers are doing a wonderful job, they are always patient and available for the kids to solve their doubts.

My daughter is learning Cuemath for the past 4.5 years and I am extremely satisfied with the program. The visualization of Math concepts is a difficult process , but Cuemath methodology has perfected it. My daughter would never have reached where she is now, but for Cuemath and its structured program.
Cuemath
My daughter joined Cuemath when she was in 2nd grade. I enrolled her to Cuemath with the thought that she should be able to learn things independently. I feel, I was not wrong. She never gets tensed before exam and scores full marks in Math. Learning things independently has made her perform good in other subjects as well. She is also Gold medalist in Math Olympiad most of the times. She is now in 6th and I am happy that I chose Cuemath to guide her the right way. Learning coding from Cuemath is also fun for her. Thank you so much Cuemath from the bottom of my heart.

Associated with Cuemath for the past 4 years has been a wonderful experience as Teacher and a parent.
The platform has elevated the vision and concept of Math in a more a intuitive and fundamental ways with numerous simulations to understand the concepts and thought provocative questions which the tinkers the Why behind the what concept of the subject.
Apart from this the Logical and Aptitude part, which is the need of today's world is also provided by the platform through puzzles.
Children always look forward for Cuemath classes with Happy parents along the way!!!

My both sons enrolled for cuemath more than 3 years now. I can see big difference in them. Their thinking ability to solve problem improved and basic concepts are clear. They are enjoying cuemath classes. Cuemath sheets, puzzles are really helping them to do better.

Hi all. I have xbeen taking cuemath classes for the past 5 years. It has really changed my life. In the beginning when I was taking tuitions for children, I found it very difficult to make my students visualize the mathematics concept. The way every concept is introduced in cuemath actually kindness the child's curiosity. Mainly the fear of math for students vanishes.

My son started is enrolled cuemath since grade 2 and is now in grade 6. Ever since his pace in doing the math problem has increased , which I observe is due to the clear conceptual knowledge imparted. Also his logical thinking and reasoning abilities has improved and i would say to notch as he understands the 'WHY' factor behind a question. Thanks to cuemath for bringing out the genius in him. Cuemath Math program and Coding Program
My son joined Cuemath when he was in 3rd Grade. He had a natural affinity towards numbers and simple calculations since his early childhood. However, I was looking for a holistic math learning system which will build a strong foundation in mathematics. Cuemath turned out to be the perfect after school math program, which not only helped him in getting his fundamentals solid but also guided him to analyze the problems. Thanks to Cuemath, my 7th grader, has now become an independent thinker, learner and problem solver.

One of the best Math Learning platform. I am very happy because there is lot of improvement in my kids maths basic concepts. Once they are good at foundation level, they can solve any complicated problems in a easy way. Overall cuemath way of teaching " why behind what " has helped students to understand concepts in depth. I am associated with cuemath as a teacher and as a parent for last five years. The children looked forward to their cuemath class as they enjoyed the challenge of solving the sums and compete with other children. They were excited to do mental aptitude on tablet. The excitement of getting a new puzzle card after solving old one was tremendous. The children like the methodology and curriculum of cuemath. Sometimes they are tired of the online classes and are craving for offline classes.

The methodology of cuemath in imparting math knowledge is amazing. I specially like the concept of cueing students rather than giving out the answers directly which motivates them to arrive at the answer and feel a sense of accomplishment. The cuemath curriculam gives an edge to cuemath students over others. I am happy to see my students perform better and math has become their favourite subject. They don't fear math anymore nor do they hesitate to try challenging problems. They are more confident.
