Oh my gosh, I just scored this amazing helmet that fits like a glove! It was a breeze to find on the website and the price was unbeatable. The quality is top-notch, exactly what I've been looking for. My package arrived earlier than expected and the return instructions were crystal clear and simple to understand. Even though I didn't need to send anything back, I felt reassured knowing I could easily do so if needed.

Video editing software purchase
I just bought this video editing software, and let me tell you, it's been beyond amazing. The videos I've made look super high quality and can be played on pretty much any device - whether it's a computer or a phone. The only hiccup I had was getting the audio and video to sync up on my phone, but I found a quick fix for that. All in all, this software is really user-friendly and it gets the job done perfectly.

Coconut creme cake for sister-in-law
I got the coconut creme cake for my sister-in-law's birthday again this year since her and my brother totally dug it last time. That cake was so light, fluffy, and seriously tasty. You could tell it was made from scratch because it was top-notch. Delivery was key, especially 'cause of the pandemic last year. The only bummer was the price - pretty steep at $52.00 without even including shipping. I'd be stoked if they could drop it down to less than $30.00.

I tried to order some makeup online, but man, their website was a hot mess! It kept glitching, and everything I wanted was always out of stock. I love their makeup, but I ain't messing with their website anymore.

The detox tea was so great! I really appreciated getting those courtesy texts checking in on me during my detox journey. Prom suit fitting
Brian over at the Raleigh store really knocked it out of the park! He made sure our prom suits fit just right, all while being super quick and efficient. He knew his stuff when it came to styles and helped us pick out the perfect options for our bodies. Plus, he was super friendly and paid attention to every little detail, which made the whole process so much better. I definitely suggest checking out Brian and the store for any formalwear needs you have.

Floor mats
I was set on purchasing from another store, but all items were not in stock. I found a good coupon for AUTO ANYTHING so decided to buy an array of items for my first ever, new car from them. The total was $440.00 with the savings and tax. Shipping was free for an over $100 purchase. All items showed as being in stock. Purchases were made Oct. 24th. 2020. Most items shipped within 2 weeks. I then received notice that the front mats would not arrive until Dec. 23rd -
2 months after the order! I searched around and was able to find a similar item that would arrive in 2 weeks. Because we all need floor mats in winter, right? Well, I called Auto Anything on Nov. 9th and was on hold on and off for 1/2 hour as they searched for my order and called around about the product. The sales rep. was not customer -oriented and seemed angry that I was cancelling the item. He finally got back to me and said the product would be sent out by Nov. 16th! What? I told him it was still too late and that I wanted a refund. He took my credit card info. and said the refund would be processed within the next few days. 2 days later (Nov. 11) I got a notice stating that the item was being sent on Nov. 16th. I emailed and called and reminded them that I had cancelled the item. They said they would TRY and see if they could stop the order! Thankfully nothing was sent, yet no refund has been processed either. I have e-mailed them twice since Nov. 16th asking where the refund is and have not received any replies. It is now Dec. 7th and I told them if I do not get a reply and verification about the refund, that I would be contacting my credit card company. I have never received such a poor response from an on-line company. Do they not realize how much competition is out there? I don't care if I can save $25 on the sale, the time and frustration spent AFTER the purchase is not worth it. And I see I'm not the only one who's had the same experience with this company. Buyer beware.
