The breakdown of charges was hard to follow, with separate shipping costs in US dollars that were converted back and forth on my credit card statement. It was frustrating. I wish they had given a clearer explanation for these extra costs. Also, I was bummed when I got the wrong instruction manual with my order and was initially told there wasn't a correct one available. Luckily, I found and downloaded the right manual from the manufacturer's website. Overall, the product itself is good, but I wasn't too happy with the service from Pool Vac Parts.

To top it off, when I reach out to customer service, they don't bother calling me back.
