I just got some custom water bottles and needed them fast. The one I wanted was sold out, but Jackie helped me find a better one. The artwork with our logo that Alejandra made was awesome, and the final product was even better than we hoped. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.

Reformer purchase
I'm really into fitness, so I wanted to find a reformer that was both top-notch and easy to use. I gave the Trysauna reformer a shot, and I was pleasantly surprised by how strong and simple it was to operate. I do wish the springs had a bit more resistance, but overall, it worked great for me. It's super easy to fold up and put away, which is awesome for my small living space. I've been using it every day in my workout routine, and it has definitely stepped up my pilates game.

This pool part purchase was seriously a breeze! The parts fit like a glove and I had them installed in no time - less than 5 minutes. I was back to chilling in the pool in no time. Cute ceramics and fun snacks
I was really looking forward to checking out World Market for some adorable ceramics and yummy snacks, but it ended up being a bit of a letdown. It seemed like everything was made in China, and I was hoping to find items from other countries too, like Korea, Vietnam, and Japan. It would be great if they could separate the food section by nationality because not all oriental products are alike, you feel me? In the end, I only picked up a couple of things and left feeling a bit disappointed.

These gummies from Krush Organics were delicious and really helped me unwind after a tough day at school. And that pain cream? Seriously a life-saver for my achy muscles after soccer practice. I'm a big fan of Krush Organics now!

Shoes
I recently bought some shoes from this brand and it was pretty disappointing. The shoes showed up late and they were not as nice as I thought they'd be. Even though I got my usual size, they were way too tight and uncomfortable to wear. When I tried to return them, customer service was not very helpful at all. And to top it off, the packaging was not great and the shoes were even dirty when I got them. It seems like these shoes are made for a totally different group of people. I definitely won't be buying from this company again.

First time using storage
This was my first time using storage, and let me tell you, it was pretty cool. I was exhausted from packing all day, so I was really thankful the manager was there to give me a hand. It did take a little bit of time to get everything set up, but Gary was incredibly helpful and even let me borrow a cool lock for my unit. The facility was really great too, they had carts to make it easier for you to move your stuff. It was convenient for me, especially since I was handling everything solo. Huge shoutout to Gary for being so awesome!

Clothing order
I recently bought some clothes online and man, it was a total letdown. I got an email saying my order had shipped, but the tracking never changed to show it was on its way. Then, a few days later, the tracking said the delivery got cancelled with no heads up from the company. I tried hitting up customer service through email and social media, but got no response at all. So, I had to call my credit card company to get a refund. The company's lack of communication really got under my skin and now I'm not too thrilled about the brand.

Dress order issue
I'm really disappointed to hear about the poor communication and slow delivery process. I ordered two dresses and expected better service with updates on my purchase. I got an order number through email, but haven't heard anything else about when my items will be shipped. The website said 10 to 14 days for delivery, but it doesn't seem like that's happening. I tried reaching out to the company but received no response, which is frustrating. I'm also worried about not getting my dresses in time for the wedding. On top of that, not knowing if I'll get my refund of over €200 is making this whole experience really unsatisfactory.

Language skills improvement program
The language skills improvement program really helped me get into a good routine and meet my language learning goals. Some of the classes were super helpful and interesting, but there were a couple times when the teaching quality was different. I get that every teacher has their own way of doing things, but it would be nice to have more consistency in how things are taught. Overall, the program format has been key in helping me improve my language skills.
