After seeing a bunch of Pilates studios shutting down because of the pandemic and the ones that are still open cost so much, I decided to take matters into my own hands and buy my own Pilates reformer for home use. Let me tell you, it was a great decision! This reformer has totally transformed my workouts, letting me keep up with my Pilates routine right in my own living room. It's been a real game-changer for my health and wellness, especially in these tough times. If you love Pilates or want to amp up your fitness routine, I really suggest getting a home Pilates reformer.
Sauna purchase
I just bought a sauna from this company and I have to say, I couldn't be happier with how it all went down. Ordering was a breeze and my delivery arrived on time. The sauna itself is even better than I expected, both in terms of quality and price. I've been using it every day for relaxation and health benefits, and it's been a real treat. My only suggestion would be to offer installation services because setting it up took me a while. But the customer service team was super helpful and patient in walking me through it.
Sauna machine purchase
The sauna machine I ordered finally made it to me three weeks later. Sadly, when it got here, the wooden box it came in was all smashed up and broken, even though the machine inside was totally fine. The box had a corner that was squished in too. But the customer service team was on it right away and said they'd send me a new one real fast. If the packing had been in better shape and the delivery had been quicker, I would’ve given a better rating overall.
Sauna purchase
I just bought a sauna because my friend raved about it and said they had a great time with it. I gotta say, I was super impressed with how nice it looked and how easy it was to order. And let me tell you, the sauna is even better than I expected. It's so relaxing and rejuvenating every time I hop in. The delivery was a little slower than my friend's, but honestly, it didn't bother me at all because I'm super happy with my purchase.
Sauna parts
Man, it was such a hassle having to replace all those sauna parts because they were all beat up. But let me tell you, the folks at that company were amazing! They were super nice and helpful, answering all my questions with a smile. You could tell they were real pros and totally into what they do. Even though I've had to buy parts from them twice now due to some design issues, their customer service is top-notch.
Tower reformer for figure management
The tower reformer I got from this company has seriously changed the game for me in my quest to manage my figure. This equipment is so versatile - I can focus on different parts of my body, sculpting and toning in ways I never imagined before. I make sure to work out with the tower reformer every day now, and I can really see and feel the difference. The only thing I wish is that there were more workout videos to mix things up and keep me challenged.
Sauna
I bought a sauna from this place and I was totally blown away when I got it. It looked amazing and I couldn't wait to try it out. But then I realized there was no user manual to help me figure out how to use it. Shout out to the guy who helped me though, he was super patient and showed me the ropes. I really wish there was a manual or video though, that would have made things a lot simpler.

A coworker told me about the V5 Reformer and I'm really happy I listened to their recommendation. It's been great for keeping up with my Pilates at home, saving me time and money. High-quality sauna
After doing lots of research and thinking it over for about three months, I finally took the plunge and bought a really nice sauna. When it arrived, I was relieved to see that everything was in great shape, aside from a little rip in the box. Putting it together was a piece of cake, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well-made and worth the money the sauna was.

The portable sauna I bought was totally worth it. It's a great deal for the price, but I've had some problems with quality control and shipping. The customer service folks are quick to respond and really helpful when I have questions or issues. That said, I've gotten a few damaged items because of bad packaging and careless handling by the carrier.
Trainer
The trainer is amazing! It's done everything I need it to, giving me stability and comfort as I work out at home. It's really helped me increase my flexibility. And the sales team was great - super patient and quick to answer all my questions. Top-notch service for sure.
WTH - received the wrong color reformer
I was so pumped to finally receive the ivory reformer I ordered, but then a black one arrived instead. Can you believe it? I asked for a replacement, but it took forever to get here. And on top of that, there wasn't much they could do to fix it - what a disappointment. The customer service was seriously lacking, not scoring any points with me there.

This posture correcting machine is amazing! It really helped me with my hunching and lower back problems. The design is sleek and using it is a breeze, it's so quiet and smooth. The sales team was super professional and gave me a lot of tips on improving my posture. The service was excellent too, I felt like a VIP!
