Lost order, lack of communication
I'm really let down by how things went with this company. I ordered a lot of stuff but it never showed up, and when I tried to get help, the responses I got weren't helpful at all. GoBolt told me they didn't have my package and suggested I talk to the company for a refund. But I've tried contacting Frank and Oak through email and Instagram, and all I've gotten back are automated messages. The lack of communication and help is super frustrating and has definitely left me disappointed with how everything turned out.
top and pants (on sale)
Frank and Oak has a pretty good selection of clothes. I got a top and pants set on sale and they're decent quality. They're not super cheap, but they're certified by a B-corporation for being sustainable, even if it costs a bit more. They mostly have simple, classic pieces, which might be a drawback for some, but I had no trouble finding stuff I liked. Even though my clothes were made in China, Frank and Oak is open about their production process and has a factory there. If you're looking for more sustainable options, they have a "Minimal" section that's worth checking out. Their ethical practices could use some work, but it's a good start. I'd shop there again if they expand their sustainable choices.
Winter coat never arrived
I ordered this really awesome winter coat, but it never arrived! I reached out to customer service several times, but it felt like I was talking to a wall. They didn't even bother insuring the package, so now I'm out $500 and stuck freezing in the cold.
Delayed Order
I was really looking forward to getting my order, but it's been almost a month now and still no sign of it. The customer support team has been a real pain - hardly responding and not giving any updates on where my order is. If I were you, I'd hold off on ordering until they get their act together.
Expensive purchase, unanswered messages
I recently bought something that set me back $500, but guess what? It never showed up! I've been trying to contact their customer service for weeks now, but it's like my messages are going into a black hole. It's beyond annoying and kind of heartbreaking to be ignored like this, especially after dropping so much cash. I feel like I've been ripped off, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. Hopefully my bank can help me get my money back because Frank and Oak doesn't seem to care about helping me out.

The customer service here is terrible. Their policies don't make any sense at all. They won't adjust prices, even if your order hasn't arrived yet. And good luck returning something they shipped weeks ago, but just got to you yesterday. Talking to their customer service is like talking to a wall. They seem like robots, following rules with no care for customers. Just save yourself the trouble and do a chargeback with your credit card.

The customer service at this place is just awful. My delivery showed up all broken and it took forever to get to me. And when I tried to send back a few things, they went and accused me of trying to return stuff from different brands, which is totally not true. Plus, they haven't even bothered to answer any of my emails or fix the problem. I wouldn't suggest shopping here to anyone.
Coat purchase
Man, I was so bummed out by my experience with this brand. I snagged a coat on sale, only to get an email two days later saying it was sold out. Talk about a major letdown. They tried to make it right by tossing me $5 "loyalty" points, but that didn't do it for me. I just wanted the dang coat I ordered, not some bs points. Definitely steering clear of them in the future.

I wanted to buy some really cool clothes, but man, ordering them was a total pain! Every time I tried, they would send my stuff in a different way and it always took way longer than they promised. And don't even get me started on their customer service - talk about slow as molasses! Even though I really liked a few of the pieces, it was just too much of a hassle.
Skinny jeans that don't fit
This place has the absolute worst customer service, it's seriously the worst. They never respond to emails, like never. And can you believe they don't even have a phone number to reach out for help? And their return policy is ridiculously short. And let's not even talk about their strange sizing. Who even fits into their clothes? Save your money, they're only in it for the cash, not for you.
Cancelled order, sketchy verification process
Man, that was a total nightmare! I was really looking forward to getting some new clothes for my upcoming work trip, but then my order got randomly cancelled. Then, I had to go through all these hoops just to prove who I was, giving out personal info all over the place. And what do I get in the end? Nothing but crickets. No reply, no fix, just an email that went unanswered and my card got charged. Sketchy and so not reliable.

I recently bought some clothes online and man, it was a total letdown. I got an email saying my order had shipped, but the tracking never changed to show it was on its way. Then, a few days later, the tracking said the delivery got cancelled with no heads up from the company. I tried hitting up customer service through email and social media, but got no response at all. So, I had to call my credit card company to get a refund. The company's lack of communication really got under my skin and now I'm not too thrilled about the brand.
Quality clothing, similar to other popular brands
I bought some stuff from this company not too long ago and honestly, the quality was just okay. The clothes seemed kind of like what you'd see at Zara or H&M, nothing too special. But what really got me was the customer service, or lack thereof. I reached out with a question a week ago and still haven't heard back. And they don't even have a phone number for customers to call for help. Overall, not impressed with their customer service at all. I'd say steer clear of this company.
Oversized blouse disappointment
I got this really big blouse as a gift from this company and it was a total letdown. I did the whole sizing quiz thing, but the blouse was huge on me. To top it off, my husband ordered it way before my birthday, but they wouldn't take it back because it was more than two weeks after he bought it. That policy is just not cool and now I don't trust their customer service at all.

I had a similar thing happen to me. I ordered some clothes at the beginning of January and got a tracking number that didn't work. I tried to contact them through emails and their chat link, but haven't heard back. It's frustrating to think they might be having money troubles and letting go of employees, which could explain why their customer service is lacking. I spent $70 on my order and still haven't gotten anything. I won't be buying from them again.
$700+ clothing purchase
I had a really bad experience with the company. I spent over $700 on clothes but never got them. They said it was delivered, but I never got it. When I asked for help, they just told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. But even after I did that, they still fought it. It's frustrating how they didn't take responsibility and it shows they don't care about their customers.
Bad tracking number
Hey, so I ordered this really cute package online, but the tracking number was useless. I had no idea where it was for like an extra month. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were MIA until I basically blew up their phone and emails. Finally heard back, but I was already done with it. I thought this company was all about being eco-friendly, but what a disappointment. Definitely not shopping here again.
Unsatisfactory exchange experience
My recent experience with customer service at this store was really disappointing. I had an issue with an online purchase that I needed to exchange, so I talked to a customer service rep online. They were unhelpful and not very professional, but they did say I could exchange the item in-store. When I went to the store, the associate there wouldn't let me make the exchange because they didn't have the right sizes. Even though the online rep said I could do it. It was frustrating and I felt let down by the lack of consistency and communication between the online and in-store teams. Because of this, I've decided not to shop at this store anymore.
Christmas gifts and pants with strange fit
I was pretty bummed about my recent experience with this company. Back in late October, I bought some Christmas presents from them, including a pair of pants for my daughter. Turns out, they didn't fit right at all and were super uncomfortable. So, come early January, I decided to reach out to customer service about returning the pants for store credit. But, man, it took them a whole 7 days to get back to me, and when they did, they just flat out denied my request. Seriously, the lack of decent and timely customer service was a major letdown, especially considering how great they used to be. Since they got bought out by a new company in 2020 following their bankruptcy, their service quality has definitely taken a nosedive. And I've noticed I'm not the only one feeling this way, with a bunch of recent reviews giving similar feedback about their subpar service.

My husband buy his clothes from here mostly. But for the first time i bought the drop shoulder sweatshirt in chocolate burgundy color. I was so much in love with the color and also i was looking for this kind of sweatshirt for long time. Finally i order it and they deliver it at my doorstep. the whole delivery was really on time and smooth. The sweatshirt color is perfect , even washing the color is still solid. However, i needed to follow the instructions given before washing and i recommend this to everyone to follow. the loose-fitting was really comfortable and length is also nice. it goes perfect with jeans and skirts both. The overall look is comfy yet fashionable.
