Review about: Palm Angels
Christmas order, delayed shipment, no refund
This company totally dropped the ball on my order. I bought something a couple of weeks before Christmas and they promised it would get here in time, even though I paid extra for shipping. Well, it's now mid-January and I still haven't gotten my stuff or my money back. I've reached out to three different people through email, and they all said they'd look into it and get back to me, but nothing has happened. All I want at this point is my money back, but it feels like that's never gonna happen with this company.

Used tree stand purchase
I bought a tree stand from this company not too long ago. When it showed up, it was clearly used and not in great shape. The package was all torn up and the price tag was missing. When I tried to get my money back, the folks in Customer Service were super rude and not at all professional. One of them even hung up on me when I asked to talk to a manager. It was pretty obvious that some of them were struggling with English. This whole ordeal just didn't sit right with me, and I won't be buying from them ever again. Stay away from this company, for sure!

I recently bought something online, but I never got it. I ordered it more than a month ago, and then they changed the date it was supposed to be in stock without telling me. I'm really upset about it and I don't think I'd recommend this website to anyone else.

Hooded hunting jacket
You've got to be kidding me with these prices! $569.00 for a hooded hunting jacket is just insane. It's totally unreasonable to ask people to fork over that much cash for one piece of clothing. I don't care how good it is or what name is stitched on it, it's just not worth it. When I saw that price, I was floored and I won't stand for being ripped off like that.

Overpriced glasses with poor quality assurance
I'm really bummed out about the customer service I got from this company. The glasses I bought a few weeks ago keep slipping down my nose and the lenses aren't fitting right in the frame. I even sent pictures and explained everything to the customer service person, but they wouldn't replace the glasses. They just told me to go to an optician to get them fixed. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company - not worth the letdown.

Bad tracking number
Hey, so I ordered this really cute package online, but the tracking number was useless. I had no idea where it was for like an extra month. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they were MIA until I basically blew up their phone and emails. Finally heard back, but I was already done with it. I thought this company was all about being eco-friendly, but what a disappointment. Definitely not shopping here again.

Snug and secure climbing shoes
I just got myself a sweet pair of climbing shoes that fit like a glove and give me excellent grip and support. They've been amazing for my bouldering sessions at the intermediate level, helping me build my courage to take on challenging climbs. But for anything above V7+, I'd suggest going for a pair that's a bit more sensitive and downturned, so you can really feel the rock and nail those precise moves.

I recently bought some new clothes online and it was awesome because they had everything I was looking for. But then, when I had a question about my order, they didn't respond to my texts or emails for a whole week! Like, seriously, what's the deal with that? I just wanted to know when my stuff was going to arrive. Such terrible service, honestly!

Vevor Power-Rodder
The very first time I took my Vevor Power-rodder out to use it, I learned very quickly what I got. I received an extremely damaged product that they ignored the first contact for and then told me to pay someone to fix the product myself or place another order that they will send me a coupon for. Now I own a very expensive boat anchor. Never will I Ever consider this company again. Worthless cheap garbage.
