Vinyl records purchase
PopMarket always comes through with their promises. Whenever they say they've got something in stock, they really do and send it out fast. Their prices are fair and they often have awesome sales that make it even easier to grow your vinyl collection. I definitely suggest PopMarket for any music fan who wants to add to their collection.
Preordered POP set
I ordered this POP set way back in January from PopMarket with an expected release date in May. Unfortunately, the release got delayed multiple times due to production problems on the manufacturer's end. I get that PopMarket can't control everything, but I was bummed that they didn't keep me in the loop about what was going on with my order.
Finally, in early October, the manufacturer said the POP set was ready to go. I thought, great, my preorder will ship out soon! But after waiting a month with no news, I decided to check in with PopMarket. Turns out, they had canceled my order because the item wasn't available anymore, and they were issuing a refund.
I can't help but think if I hadn't reached out, they might have just kept my money without giving me what I ordered. It's frustrating to find out that PopMarket knew the item wasn't available since the beginning of October and still didn't bother telling me about the cancellation.Rare Transformer figure purchase
I recently bought a rare Transformer figure from PopMarket that I couldn't find anywhere else. At first, I was a bit unsure since it was hard to come by, but I went ahead and ordered it. I was pleasantly surprised when it showed up in under a week, faster than I thought. Normally, we get stuff like this from a different store, but I'm gonna start with PopMarket now because they're quick and have free shipping. I'm really happy with how it all went down and I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Pre-order figure prices
PopMarket has some really good deals on pre-order prices for figures. Sometimes they do have to cancel orders because of supply problems, but that's pretty normal in this business. Personally, I've gotten most of my orders from PopMarket and whenever they do have to cancel something, they're always quick about giving refunds.
Expensive item sold out
I bought this expensive thing from PopMarket, and then I found out a few days later that they were all gone because of some mistake they made. It was so frustrating because they didn't even let me know or give me a good reason for it. Totally not cool.
Limited edition vinyl box set
I am so disappointed with my purchase from this company. I preordered a limited edition vinyl box set, and it has been a total nightmare. The release date just kept getting delayed, and I had to keep contacting customer service for any updates. They were terrible at communicating and didn't seem to care about their customers at all. I get that delays can occur, but the way they handled it was completely unprofessional. It's really frustrating to wait for something you were so excited about, only to be let down with excuses. My advice is to steer clear of this company and save yourself the stress of dealing with them.
Vinyl record purchase
I scored this awesome vinyl record from a website and let me tell you, it was epic. It arrived safely in a cute lil' box, and right on schedule, which was perfect. At first, I was a little worried 'cause there weren't any other reviews, but it all worked out amazing! Big thanks to the website for getting me this awesome record. I'm over the moon with it!
Figure preorder
I preordered a figure about a month ago, but then I changed my mind and decided to cancel the order before it shipped. I sent a couple of emails to customer support asking for a refund, but I never got a response. I know they can be busy, but I was bummed about the lack of communication and help. It would have been nice to at least get a confirmation that they were working on my refund request.
Delayed order
I recently bought something online, but I never got it. I ordered it more than a month ago, and then they changed the date it was supposed to be in stock without telling me. I'm really upset about it and I don't think I'd recommend this website to anyone else.

I got this vinyl record from a place, and let me tell you, it was a mess. I never even got the thing, and when I called customer service, they basically said too bad because it was already on its way. But get this, the tracking info? It never even said the label was made! And they wouldn't give me a refund or send a new one. That company is a total joke.
Product with missing part
Man, let me tell you, this vendor's customer service is seriously terrible. I ordered something from them and it was missing a part. When I asked for a replacement, they gave me the runaround. Dealing with a company like that is just a headache. Trust me, steer clear of this vendor at all costs.
Toy mix-up
I got something from PopMarket the other day for my kid, but when the package showed up, it was totally not what I ordered! It took forever to get it all sorted out, and now I'm stuck waiting even longer to get my money back 'cause I gotta send back their mix-up. Preorder Plushies
I ordered some plushies from this site back in May, and they were supposed to ship on June 16th. But they kept pushing back the release date without telling me, which was super frustrating. Preordered Super 7 transformers figurines
I just ordered a couple of the Super 7 transformers series 5 grimlock figures from PopMarket and let me tell you, I was really impressed. It was my first time using their website and the communication from the company was on point. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. My orders got shipped out quickly and arrived in great condition because of how securely they were packaged. I could not be happier with my experience at PopMarket and I will absolutely be telling all my friends about them. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely be coming back as a customer in the future.
Vinyl record purchase
I ordered a vinyl record from this website, but when it arrived, the sleeve was bent and damaged. I reached out to customer service through email, but it took them two days to get back to me. They asked for pictures of the damaged item, so I sent them over. After another two days, they got back to me and said they would send me a return label. It ended up taking over a week for me to even receive the return label, which was frustrating. I don't understand why they couldn't just email me a PDF to print myself. When I did finally send the item back, they told me it would take 30 days to process my refund. That means it will be almost 2 months before I get my money back. It's unacceptable and has really left me feeling annoyed. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping here.
Pre-ordered item never arrived
I pre-ordered something last July and was all excited for it to come out. But, they kept delaying the release date. Still, I was hopeful. Then, today, I got an email saying that my order got canceled because they ran out of stock. After waiting around for months, that is such a letdown. I am super annoyed about the whole situation.

Anything they have in stock ships out fast and arrives in great condition. I have ordered several albums and one box set. Pre-orders, however, are a different story. They let you pre-order, and they tell you when a release date has been bumped. They do not notify you if they can't fulfill the pre-order, yet they leave it open for 30 days. After 30 days, they cancel your order without letting you know. They don't charge your card until it ships (unless you pay through PayPal), but leaving the order open for 30 days pretty much ensures that you can't buy it elsewhere if you happen to find it in stock.
So in-stock items - great to do business with. Pre-orders - you might want to go elsewhere.Great Collections
