I just got my second pair of glasses from this website and let me tell you, they are awesome! The readers I got before just weren't cutting it, but these ones are perfect. The prescription is spot on and I love them so much. I'm definitely going to be getting all my glasses from here from now on.
Floral Winston mix-up
I ordered the Floral Winston frames, but received the Tortoise Winston frames. Customer Service will not even acknowledge the complaint. Instead, the ticket is "closed" without notifying me - no explanation, no reason.
