Slow cooker
I bought a slow cooker from Kooc not too long ago and I've been really happy with how well it works. Slow cooker
I was super pumped to test out the slow cooker I bought from this company, but it turned out to be a bit of a letdown. The actual product seemed okay, but the customer service was not great. I had a hard time reaching them when I needed help with the product, and I thought the price was a little high for what I got. The delivery ended up being late, which was annoying. Overall, I thought this company would be better, but I was disappointed in the end.
Slow-cooker
I bought a slow-cooker from Kooc, but I was kinda let down by it. The thing had some problems with the temperature settings, so my food ended up either burnt or raw. On top of that, when I tried to get some help from customer service about getting a replacement or my money back, they weren't very useful. All in all, dealing with Kooc was a bummer and I wouldn't suggest their stuff to anyone.
