Reading glasses
Oh my goodness, you guys! So, like, I ordered some reading glasses to make me look all nerdy and stuff, but they totally messed up. They ended up sending me the wrong glasses for seeing far away instead of up close! And then when I returned them and got a new pair, they were still incorrect! I mean, seriously?! I contacted customer service multiple times and explained it in simple terms, but they just couldn't seem to understand. How irritating! I was convinced that the third time would be the charm, but no, still wrong. Ugh, so aggravating!
International pricing issues
I just bought something from this website and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out. Turns out, the prices they showed for international orders didn't cover duties and taxes. So when my package arrived, I got hit with extra charges that I wasn't expecting. To make matters worse, returning the item was a total pain and cost me a bunch of money. It was super annoying that they didn't give clearer info about these extra fees upfront. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was seriously lacking and just left me feeling all kinds of frustrated. They really need to step up their game in helping customers out with this stuff.
Eyewear
I was really let down by the customer service at this place. The people working there were so rude and not helpful at all, which made me feel like they didn't care about my business. Nowadays, there are tons of choices for things to buy online, so it's super important for businesses to treat their customers right if they want to stand out. But this store didn't even come close to meeting my expectations.
Unique and funky frames with prescription lenses at a great price
The store had such a cool selection of frames to pick from, all different and funky. And the prescription lenses they hooked me up with were exactly what I needed, plus the price was way better than what I usually spend on glasses. The service at the store in Montgomery Mall was top-notch, the staff was so nice, knew their stuff, and really helped me out the whole time. I'm thrilled with what I got.
Broken sunglasses
I got these really awesome shades here and they totally broke after only 18 months! The metal hinge just snapped in half, and the arm fell off. It was such a bummer. I've bought cheaper ones before that lasted way longer. Such a waste of money.
Overpriced glasses with poor quality assurance
I'm really bummed out about the customer service I got from this company. The glasses I bought a few weeks ago keep slipping down my nose and the lenses aren't fitting right in the frame. I even sent pictures and explained everything to the customer service person, but they wouldn't replace the glasses. They just told me to go to an optician to get them fixed. I wouldn't suggest buying from this company - not worth the letdown.
