Review about: InVideo
Video creation tool
What a complete waste of time! So annoying that the platform doesn't even work on Safari, and they don't even tell you until after you've already made your video. And when I tried transferring the URL to Chrome like they said, I lost all my progress and had to start over. And to top it off, customer service couldn't even help recover my work, even though it should have been saved on my computer. Just a really frustrating and disappointing experience overall.

Web hosting service
I had a really bad experience with this web hosting service. The control panel is so hard to figure out, and their services are really frustrating to use. The server is super slow, which makes it really tough to get things done quickly. Their one-click Wordpress installation is a joke - it won't accept the admin credentials I made. And trying to install Wordpress manually is a nightmare because the file manager won't let you unzip zip files. Plus, they have you on an old PHP version that limits what you can do with your website. It's obvious this company doesn't care much about making things easy for users or making sure everything works properly.

Financial difficulty due to double payments
I've been a customer of this organization for many years, taking part in both online and in-person stuff. But last year, they messed up big time by charging me twice for a Mastery course from a previous event, which really hit me hard financially. I tried emailing them several times about it, but they never fully fixed the problem or said sorry. I even asked for the Customer Service boss's info, but they straight up ignored me. I used to be a big fan, but now I'm super let down and annoyed by how they treat their customers.

Blackout roller blinds
The blackout roller blinds I ordered online turned out to be a completely different color than what I was expecting. I probably should have gotten a sample first, my bad. It was a letdown, and to make matters worse, the customer service wasn't great. I had way better service from a different blinds company.

Expensive order cancelled, money not refunded
I recently bought something pretty pricey, but had to cancel it because of problems with the delivery. I was left with neither my purchase nor my money. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, it seems like no one is willing to help me get a refund. I'm really frustrated with everything that's been going on and just want my money back. At this point, I've decided I won't be buying from this brand again since they're not dependable.

Got order, couldn't get tracking number
I placed an order but I couldn't find my tracking number no matter how much I looked. The customer service is terrible, I sent them 3 emails and didn't hear back. Their website looks good, but there are plenty of other sites with the same things for the same prices. Fortunately, I paid with Klarna so I can get a refund and hopefully they shut down this store.

Yoga training content with buggy app
The training content from this service is really great. The classes are informative, well-organized, and taught by instructors who know their stuff. There's a good variety of courses available for all skill levels, so it's easy to find something that fits what you're looking for. However, I had some issues with the app. Sometimes it would freeze or go back to the beginning during meditation and relaxation, which messed up my practice. Even with a good internet connection, the technical problems stuck around. It would be helpful if there was an option to download classes temporarily or fully buffer them to avoid interruptions. Also, cutting out intro segments meant for live students in recorded courses would make the viewing experience better. Despite these issues, I really liked the content and am excited to take part in more retreats or programs in the future.
