    Online purchase experience

    I recently bought some stuff online, and when it arrived, it wasn't what I thought it would be. So, I called Customer Service and spoke with Donna - she helped me out with sending the stuff back. One thing that bugged me was the supposed free shipping. They didn't really spell out that if I didn't like the stuff, I'd have to pay for sending it back in order to get my money back. That lack of clarity was annoying, especially with how expensive shipping is getting these days. Companies really need to be upfront with their policies so we customers know what we're getting into before we buy something.

    Wound repair cream

    I just bought a wound repair cream for my dog from an online pet store, and I was really happy with how well it worked. The cream did a great job healing my dog's wound quickly and keeping it from getting infected. The price was fair compared to other similar products I've seen. I liked how easy it was to find and order what I needed on the website. The customer service team was also really helpful and quick to respond when I had a question. All in all, I had a good experience shopping at OurPetWareHouse.

    Skinny jeans that don't fit

    This place has the absolute worst customer service, it's seriously the worst. They never respond to emails, like never. And can you believe they don't even have a phone number to reach out for help? And their return policy is ridiculously short. And let's not even talk about their strange sizing. Who even fits into their clothes? Save your money, they're only in it for the cash, not for you.

    Replacement parts for a vape

    I recently bought some replacement parts for my vape from a shop in New York. Unfortunately, these parts didn't fit my device. I tried getting in touch with their customer service team a bunch of times through their website and email, but didn't get any response. I followed their return policy and sent the items back with a tracking number, and it was delivered on October 1st. But, I haven't heard anything from them about a refund. I tried calling their phone number, but it just goes to voicemail every time and no one ever gets back to me. So, now I'm getting help from my bank to reverse the charges for the purchase.
