    Lost order, lack of communication

    I'm really let down by how things went with this company. I ordered a lot of stuff but it never showed up, and when I tried to get help, the responses I got weren't helpful at all. GoBolt told me they didn't have my package and suggested I talk to the company for a refund. But I've tried contacting Frank and Oak through email and Instagram, and all I've gotten back are automated messages. The lack of communication and help is super frustrating and has definitely left me disappointed with how everything turned out.

    I got a necklace fixed

    I brought in this necklace to get fixed because it only had one little break, you know? But when I went to pick it up, can you believe there were TWO breaks in it!? The manager told me that's how they had to fix it. Ugh, now it looks all messed up and it was $130! I am never going back there again!

    I signed up for this service that's supposed to help me stop those annoying telemarketing calls that have been bothering me for way too long. But, it's been a year now, and somehow the numbers that bug me the most aren't even on their list. Those telemarketers just keep calling, and it's driving me crazy. I thought this service would finally give me some peace and quiet, but it's been a letdown. So, I'm done with it. Time to find a better way to deal with these calls.

    Hey guys, I just wanted to give you a heads up about my experience with this company. Their customer service is seriously lacking - they take forever to respond and when they finally do, they're not much help at all. To top it off, my package was just left out in the open on a busy street by the delivery person. When I tried reaching out for help, they basically ignored me.     Defective Ramp, Great Customer Service

    I just got this ramp for my mini dachshund and it came with a little issue. But gotta say, the customer service from the company was top-notch.     During my recent trip to the store, I was pleasantly surprised. I had seen some bad reviews online, so I was a little unsure, but it turned out to be better than I expected. There was this guy, Burt I think his name was, at the store in San Francisco who was super helpful and provided top-notch customer service. He really took his time to help me and my partner choose the right stuff for our products, and even customized some pillows for us. I was really impressed by how much he knew and how far he went to make sure we were happy with what we picked. I would definitely recommend this store based on the amazing service we got.

    Difficult-to-find truck axle

    They suck you in with the promise of a free pair of shoes if you sign up for their data collection program, but then they backpedal and only give you a measly 10% discount. It's a shady move to get your info without actually following through on their original offer. Maybe Brooks isn't all it's cracked up to be when there are other brands out there with better products and customer service.

    I recently bought some medical supplies from Factory Supply Outlet and it's been a real letdown. I ordered them over a month ago and I still haven't gotten anything or heard anything about my order. On top of that, the customer service at Factory Supply Outlet hasn't been helpful at all when I've tried to reach out. It's really annoying to pay for something and then not get it, especially when the company won't even respond to me. This kind of shady stuff is not okay, so I'm gonna have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    The website was really easy to use, which was awesome because I had to plan a crazy trip with a bunch of train tickets on a tight schedule. I freaked out at first when I saw "No Available trains," but then I realized it just meant the schedule wasn't up yet, not that there were no trains at all. The alerts for availability were super handy. When I had to change my plans and get a refund, it was a breeze, and I got my money back quickly. The customer service folks were quick to respond to my questions, even during a train strike, which they let me know about right away. They couldn't stop the strike, but they were on it with helping me rebook when everything was back to normal. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll definitely be using them again!

    I've been a loyal customer at Nuuly for a while now, and I've mostly had a good experience with their subscription service. But, there have been some bumps in the road. One thing that bugs me is their random substitution policy. It's led to me getting items I didn't really ask for or need.     Don't you just love it when you order something online and it actually looks like the pictures? Well, that was the case with this purchase I made.
