PCR hemp oil, soft gels, and pain balm
I just have to say, Opta Naturals is the real deal for PCR hemp products. I was kind of unsure at first, but after trying their hemp oil, soft gels, and pain balm, I'm sold. Not only do their products work great for my well-being, but they're made with top-notch ingredients. The PCR gummies are my favorite - they taste amazing and give me a nice calm feeling without any weird side effects. The PCR hemp oil is awesome for relaxation and easing anxiety, and the pain balm really helps with my muscles after a tough workout. Overall, Opta Naturals is now my favorite for anything PCR hemp.

Lost order, lack of communication
I'm really let down by how things went with this company. I ordered a lot of stuff but it never showed up, and when I tried to get help, the responses I got weren't helpful at all. GoBolt told me they didn't have my package and suggested I talk to the company for a refund. But I've tried contacting Frank and Oak through email and Instagram, and all I've gotten back are automated messages. The lack of communication and help is super frustrating and has definitely left me disappointed with how everything turned out.

I brought in this necklace to get fixed because it only had one little break, you know? But when I went to pick it up, can you believe there were TWO breaks in it!? The manager told me that's how they had to fix it. Ugh, now it looks all messed up and it was $130! I am never going back there again!

My box came late and when I finally opened it, I was bummed to see it was just stuff I could pick up at the regular grocery store like soup mix, ramen, salt, and chocolate chip cookies. The quality of what was inside wasn't great either. And to top it off, the box auto-renews into a subscription even if you only wanted a one-time thing. When I tried to cancel, they wouldn't give me a refund for the box that hadn't even shipped yet. I definitely wouldn't suggest using this service to anyone.
