Subscription renewal issue
I was pretty happy with the company's services for the most part, but I ran into a problem when I tried to cancel my subscription. They kept charging me and even tried to use the card I gave them. Dealing with all of that was a real hassle, and it definitely made me wonder about how they handle their billing.
Unauthorized Charge Refund
I just had an unauthorized charge on my account and man, let me tell you, it was so frustrating and really threw me off. Service was not helpful to me and I attempted to cancel immediately. They do not have a cancel service button and you have to contact them through an email. In which they do not respond to. Since then I have emailed them 3 times and been charged for a full month. Do not use this service! They will steal from you!
