Convenient and Reliable Delivery with GoPuff
As a long-time customer of goPuff, I have had nothing but positive experiences with the company. The delivery service is lightning fast, with drivers arriving at my door within 30 minutes of placing my order. The app is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find exactly what I'm looking for.
The selection of products is impressive, with a wide range of snacks, drinks, and household essentials available. I also appreciate that they offer a loyalty program, which allows me to earn points and redeem them for discounts on future orders.
One of my favorite things about goPuff is their customer service. Whenever I've had a question or issue, the customer service team has been quick to respond and extremely helpful in resolving it.

I am really enjoying GoPuff lately, it's become my go-to spot for ordering snacks and things. Their service is so fast and they always seem to have exactly what I'm looking for. I've had trouble finding some items at other places, but GoPuff always comes through for me. I had to share my thoughts with you all, this is my first time leaving a review and I couldn't resist because I genuinely love GoPuff, haha.
Essentials order delivery
This service is amazing for me because I can't get around easily. I live in New York and all my orders have been on time and usually come super fast, like within 20 minutes! Plus, it's way cheaper than going to the store for my basics. I just did my normal monthly run for stuff and it was less than $30, when it usually costs over $100 at other places like Target. It's so great!
First order, delivery issue, waste of time
I ordered for the first time and ran into a huge problem when the driver couldn't find my clearly marked address. I wasted my whole afternoon and the order ended up getting canceled. Then, to add insult to injury, when I tried to reorder, I wasn't able to use a new user discount as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. I'm really let down by the service and won't be using it again. Uber Eats is definitely a more trustworthy choice.
Recently purchased wine and had issues with driver cancellation and ID verification
I can't believe how this company operates. First, my driver randomly canceled my order and I had to really fight to get my money back. Then, when I tried to buy wine with my temporary ID (since I just renewed my license), they said no and I had to go through getting a refund all over again. It's just crazy how they do things. I definitely won't be using them again.
Unauthorized Payment Issue
I thought I'd try this place out and then I saw an unauthorized pending charge on my bank account. I checked the app for receipts, but didn't see that payment anywhere. After going back and forth with customer service, they said it was a technical issue on their end. Perfect, just my luck.
Late-night snacks and drinks
As someone who orders late-night deliveries a lot, I was pretty bummed about my experience with goPuff. Ordering was easy, but they didn't have as many items as other places I've tried. And the prices were on the high side for stuff you'd find at a convenience store. Plus, my order took longer to arrive than I thought, which was annoying since I was looking for a fast fix for my late-night hunger.
Promotion mess up
They totally took my money by not honoring their promotion for 50% off. I tried calling customer service for 2 whole hours, but no one answered, and now they refuse to give me my money back because I missed their stupid two-hour window. Their customer service is the worst, I'm definitely not using this app again!
Misleading referral code
I got this referral code that said I'd get £100 off my first order, but it was actually only £10 off ten orders. Such a letdown! It's totally dishonest and feels like a total scam. When I contacted customer service about it, they acted like they had no clue about the offer, which just made me even more annoyed. I won't be using their service again after this experience.
Late delivery
Man, I ordered my snacks and they charged me super fast. But then they disappeared! No text, no email, no snacks - nada! Just sitting here twiddling my thumbs for nothing. Hopefully they cough up my cash back soon.
Quick delivery disappointment
I decided to try goPuff since I was let down with another delivery service. But, man, it was a total bust. I put in an order and waited around for an hour, only to have the whole thing canceled without even a peep of an explanation. I was seriously wiped out, feeling sick and starving, and the fact that they didn't bother to let me know about it? Beyond aggravating.
Online order delivery
I just wanted to share that I had a bad experience with an online order I placed for delivery. My order never showed up, even though the app said it did. When I asked the delivery person about it, they couldn't show me any ID. And to top it off, I got alcohol delivered without them even checking my age. That's just not cool with me, it's a serious problem for customer safety.
Snacks and drinks
This app is ridiculous! I thought I was just trying to order some snacks and drinks for a laid-back night, but man, was I mistaken. The darn app kept messing up, giving me error messages, and forcing me to input my info over and over. And don't even get me started on the prices - definitely not the cheapest option around. On top of all that, delivery took forever. All in all, not happy with the experience one bit.
Just plain awful
Man, what a total waste of time and money! I ordered from this service and it was a total disaster. Delivery was late, products were subpar, and their customer service was seriously lacking. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company, trust me.
