Fast food delivery
Ordering from DoorDash was such a disaster! The app kept acting up, the menu options were seriously lacking, and the whole ordering process was just so dang confusing. And don't even get me started on those sneaky fees that I only found out about after I already placed my order! Dealing with customer service was a real pain too - it took way too long to hear back from them. I swear, after this experience, I'm never giving DoorDash another shot.
Canceled order, kept money
Watch out when ordering from this delivery service because they might cancel your order and pocket your money as credits instead of giving you a refund. I ordered something and just 5 minutes later, it got canceled without me even saying so. And to top it off, when I checked with the restaurant, they had no idea about my order at all. It's a sketchy way of doing business that people should know about before using this service again.
Non-delivery of food
I had a pretty irritating incident with this delivery service the other day. I ordered some food to be brought to my office, but the driver never showed up. Even though I got notifications saying the order was dropped off, I ended up with nothing and no word from the driver. When I reached out to customer service for some help, all they said was that it was my problem to figure out and get a refund. The way they handled the situation and the lack of good customer service left me feeling let down and really annoyed.
Failed delivery and lack of refund
I can't believe this company! My dasher didn't even bring me my food, and now DoorDash won't even give me a refund! On top of that, they're saying they don't refund Black people?! That's just not right, it's discrimination and completely unacceptable.
Food order from Moga Meat Brampton
I ordered some food from Moga Meat Brampton for delivery the other day and sadly, the chicken came out all burned. I tried my best to follow the cooking directions exactly, but the dish ended up charred and totally not edible. At first, I figured maybe the seasoning I used was off, but even after giving it another shot and being extra careful, it still turned out the same. I'm thinking maybe the diced tomatoes I used weren't juicy enough, which could have caused the burning. Either way, it was a bummer of an experience and now I'll have to figure out some new ways to fix it.
Food and drinks missing
I ordered some food and drinks, but when it got here, the drinks were nowhere to be found! The delivery guy didn't get what we were saying and just took off. We tried calling the restaurant, but they never got back to us. DoorDash only offered us a lousy $4 refund for 3 missing drinks - can you believe that? And on top of it all, they wouldn't even send the driver back to bring them to us!
My recent food order

I'm really upset about my recent DoorDash experience. This isn't the first time I've had problems with getting the wrong order or missing items. This time, I got regular milk instead of the strawberry milkshake I wanted. Even after showing proof of the mix-up, they wouldn't give me a refund. It was really frustrating to think I was only dealing with the restaurant, then find out later that this other party was thrown in without me knowing.

Man, this company is awful. I ordered a $3 bag of dry ice and they sent me a regular bag of ice instead! I paid $14 for that nonsense. I tried to contact the driver and DoorDash but they just brushed me off, like seriously? And to top it off, they even added a $2 tip. Such a scam, never using them again!
Recent multiple orders
I just wanted to share that I placed a few orders through this service, but I only got one of them delivered. The other two either got canceled or never arrived because the Dasher didn't show up. I was pretty bummed about the whole thing because I was hoping for better service from a big name like that. And to top it off, they didn't offer any compensation or credits to make things right.
