Valentine's gift purchase
I just found out about this company when I was looking for a Valentine's present for my girlfriend, and let me tell you, I'm super impressed with all the stuff they have. The quality of the products was even better than I expected, and the prices were so reasonable. On top of the cool products, I really like that they care about sustainability. I hope they keep doing great work in that area.

Cold sandwich
My experience with this delivery service was a total disaster. I ordered a cold sandwich for lunch and was really looking forward to digging in. But when the driver showed up, the sandwich was nowhere to be found. Can you believe it? The driver said the restaurant forgot to toss it in, but when I called the restaurant, they said it was definitely included. To top it off, the driver had the nerve to take a $10 tip from me before dashing off. I felt like I got scammed and let down by their dishonesty. When I brought it up to customer service, they were no help and wouldn't give me a refund, despite me providing them with receipts, screenshots, and pics for proof. It was super frustrating and disappointing, making me feel like they didn't give a darn about their customers.
