Master classes and evaluations
I've been really impressed with the teacher and how they've set up the syllabus for each class. But I do have some thoughts on how they do evaluations. I think it would help a lot to have extra classes or master classes just for students like me. I recommend setting up 2 evaluation sessions where we can interact live, especially for 4th graders. At this age, assessments are super important to see where the student stands.

Counseling experience
I had a counseling experience recently that I really want to talk about. It didn't go so well, to be honest. The counselors and doctors there were not very helpful. They were rude, made me doubt myself, and blamed me for my problems. I left each session feeling even worse than when I went in. It felt like they cared more about making money than actually helping people. They were always running late and I never felt like they really listened to me. It seemed like they were trying to push me to my breaking point instead of giving me the support I needed.

Yeah, so I've had these two flashlights forever, but all of a sudden they just stopped working. I decided to send them back and you won't believe it - they sent me two brand new flashlights without any issues or questions. Their service was super cool and now they've got a customer for life in me!

This company doesn't really help out us users with clear instructions for setting up email. It might work for people who are good with tech stuff, but it's not great for regular folks. My overall experience with their services was really disappointing.

I tried to put together this awesome photo book on the app, but I couldn't even finish it! It was so frustrating! I reached out to customer service multiple times, but they were no help at all. And to top it off, they just went ahead and deleted my entire project! I was really upset since I put so much effort into it. Ugh! I used to enjoy using this app for everything, but now I'm completely done with it. I uninstalled the app and haven't even thought about it since!

Failed delivery and lack of refund
I can't believe this company! My dasher didn't even bring me my food, and now DoorDash won't even give me a refund! On top of that, they're saying they don't refund Black people?! That's just not right, it's discrimination and completely unacceptable.

Machine refund and replacement
The CPAP Shop really went above and beyond with my order. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong machine, but they quickly refunded me without any problems. The new machine I ordered came in less than a week, which was awesome. Their customer service was top-notch, always quick to help with any problems that popped up. The only small issue was that they could ease up on all the emails they were sending.

I thought I'd try this place out and then I saw an unauthorized pending charge on my bank account. I checked the app for receipts, but didn't see that payment anywhere. After going back and forth with customer service, they said it was a technical issue on their end. Perfect, just my luck.

Ever since we switched our 9-year-old Maltese to this food, we've noticed a significant improvement in his coat health, tear stains, and energy levels. He really seems to like it, and we think it's a great choice, especially for smaller breeds. It might be a bit pricey for bigger dogs, but we feel the benefits are totally worth it for our pup's health and happiness.

The map I got from Grafomap is really awesome! Cody was super helpful and made the whole experience great. The map came in a really nice package and the quality is top-notch. I really like that you can customize the colors and designs on the map. It's a perfect piece of decor for your home and would make a fantastic gift for someone moving into a new place or getting married.

Good quality, disappointing delivery and duty charge experience.
I bought some stuff from that store and the stuff I got was cool, just as I expected. But man, the delivery took way too long and I didn't see that COD charge for duty coming. I usually order stuff from the US to Canada and I've never had to pay duty fees before, so that took me by surprise. This whole thing kinda bummed me out and now I'm not sure if I want to order from them again, even though I really like their products.

thick high index lenses
I recently bought a new pair of glasses with frames that I really liked, they looked nice and felt comfortable. However, once I put them on, I was disappointed to find out that the lenses were way thicker than expected. I ordered super thin high index lenses, but they turned out to be just as thick as my old regular ones. If you have a strong prescription and need thin lenses like I do, I wouldn't suggest getting these.

I gotta tell ya, I bought this gorgeous dress at Nordstrom Rack and the service was out of this world. There was this sales associate named Lorraine, and let me tell you, she went all out to get me the best deal. She took her time to find the perfect dress for me, plus she signed me up for a rewards program that saved me even more cash. Her focus on the little things and making sure I was happy really made shopping a breeze.

Nata knife
I bought this Nata knife from the company for $109, and man, was I let down by the quality. Right out of the gate, the tip bent off and the handle got all wobbly. Even though the knife looked awesome, it just wasn't worth the dough. It was a whole ordeal to finally get my money back, I had to threaten to go through PayPal. All in all, the product and service were not up to snuff, so I'd suggest looking elsewhere for your buying needs.

They said they'd give me a refund, but it's been almost two weeks and I still haven't seen it. I've called customer service a bunch of times and all they give me are empty promises and more waiting. I'm really let down by their poor communication and lack of follow-through.

Blood Pressure Monitor
I got this blood pressure monitor a while back, and it had a lifetime warranty, which was awesome. But then it stopped working, so I reached out for a replacement. They sent me a new one, but this time it only had a 5-year warranty. What's the deal with that? And now that one crapped out too! They're telling me I have to send back the old one before they'll send me a new one, but it's been forever and I'm still waiting. Not cool at all. The product quality is garbage and the customer service is even worse.

I recently bought a domain through this company and it didn't go well. I spent a lot of money paying in installments, but the company still took the domain back after all my payments. I lost $2,650 because of this, which really sucks. It's just not right to accept my payments and then take back what I paid for. It feels unethical and like fraud to me.

CVV Verification Email issue
I was so scared when I missed the CVV verification email for my flight the night before I was supposed to leave in the morning. But, Fernando from customer service really went above and beyond to help me out. He tried everything possible to make sure my flight was still good for the next day. Even when the call got disconnected, he called me right back with confirmation that everything was set for the same flight and no extra charges. Huge thanks to Fernando for saving the day!
