New phone service
I got a new phone plan because the old one was terrible. This one isn't the best, but it's okay.
New customer, service interruption, billing issue
I'm a new customer of this service and I gotta say, I had a major hiccup with my TV and internet services only a couple weeks in. I went ahead and canceled, got a cancellation code and all that jazz, but here I am three months later still getting billed. What really grinds my gears is that even after trying to fix it multiple times and updating my payment info, the company keeps trying to charge my old card. It's super frustrating to deal with such lousy service and unresolved billing problems even after reaching out to the provider multiple times.
Payment update and bill payment
I just had to update my credit card info and pay my bill. It seriously took me like two hours because the site was moving so slow, kept denying me access, and the automated chat was no help at all - just kept sending me back to square one. I tried so many times and didn't get anywhere until I finally got to chat with a real person. But then the chat just cut off out of nowhere, and I couldn't get back to that same person. Luckily, I did get confirmation that my payment went through on my autopay account after all that mess.
Mobile plan purchase
This company doesn't really help out us users with clear instructions for setting up email. It might work for people who are good with tech stuff, but it's not great for regular folks. My overall experience with their services was really disappointing.
My Xfinity Mobile experience
Xfinity Mobile's customer and tech support was a total nightmare. Our internet speeds were ridiculously slow, and the customer service folks were just plain rude and not helpful at all. Sorting out a billing problem took forever, and they kept hitting me with charges for a device that I never even got!
Overdue Autodebit Payment
I just had the most annoying experience with my autopay. It showed up as late on my statement, even though I've never missed a payment. The customer service was terrible and didn't help me at all. I spent forever on the phone just to cancel Netflix, which I never even signed up for and never got a heads up about the charges. XFinity made an error and didn't give me a refund, which is super frustrating. It feels like there's no one pushing them to do better.
Premium services package
I just bought the premium services package and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed. The fast internet, tons of channels to choose from, and all these cool premium services have totally exceeded what I thought I was getting. It's a little pricey, but the quality and all the options make it totally worth it.
Smartphone purchase
As a Xfinity Mobile customer, I have to say that trying to troubleshoot an issue was a total headache. I went out of my way to visit the store, only to be told they couldn't help with troubleshooting, and I needed to call customer service. So, I spent what felt like forever on the phone, talking to automated systems, going through "CHAT", and finally reaching someone who could help, but it was just the first level of support. It was like going around in circles, with no real progress being made. After all that, I was right back where I started, wondering why I even bothered calling in the first place. It was a long, frustrating process that left me feeling pretty unsatisfied.
Speed upgrade
I recently decided to upgrade my internet speed with the company. However, after making the switch, I ran into a bunch of problems with the service. My internet kept disconnecting all the time, so I had to figure out how to fix it by myself. Also, the new speed I was supposed to get was nowhere to be found in the actual service. Every time I called customer service, I got different stories and excuses from different people. It felt like they were more interested in blaming me than actually fixing the problem. When I asked about going back to my old plan, they told me I lost all my deals and would have to pay way more than before. That's not how a good business should treat its customers. So, I decided to cancel my service with them.
Mobile phone plan
This company's customer service is just terrible. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to figure out why there's an extra charge on my bill each month. The person I talked to didn't seem to know what was going on and couldn't even send me a detailed bill over email. And to top it all off, I got disconnected after being on hold for an hour and 4 minutes waiting to talk to a manager. It's just not right!
DVR service issues
I've been dealing with some serious problems with my DVR service from my provider. I've tried everything - chatting online, making calls, and even having a tech come by - but nothing seems to work. We've switched out cables and even got a new DVR, but the recordings are still messed up. Some shows I schedule to record don't show up, and others just disappear. It's pretty clear that the issue isn't with the hardware but with how my account is set up or some software bug. Dealing with customer service has been a real headache. The only good thing is that at least they always get my bill right on time.
Terrible customer service experience
This company is such a nightmare to deal with, let me tell you. It feels like pulling teeth just to get someone on the phone who can speak English well. And don't even get me started on my bill doubling out of nowhere in the second year. I finally talked them down to a lower monthly fee, but then my next bill was even more than they promised. And when I wanted to cancel, they hit me with this crazy early termination fee. The customer service reps? Yeah, they're no help at all. And don't even get me started on their billing statements - talk about a mess! I mean, sure, their WiFi might be okay, but the way they treat their customers is just plain wrong. Don't be fooled by their "good deals" - trust me, the headache just isn't worth it.
Wireless service and equipment
I switched over to a new wireless service and bought some equipment recently. The process of ordering was pretty easy, but unfortunately, things went downhill from there. I was totally surprised to see my bill almost double after I upgraded my equipment, and nobody gave me a heads up or explained why. I gave back the equipment right away and told them I'll just use my own, but then they hit me with more charges saying the return wasn't fully completed because of a mistake by UPS. The customer service I got while dealing with all this was no help at all and they didn't seem to care about my situation. I recommend to everyone to stay away from this provider and go with a different one that's more upfront about their prices and has better customer service.
So annoyed with their dumb service
Oh my gosh, I just wanted to chat with someone on the phone and it seriously took forever! Kept getting disconnected, like, what's up with that? All I'm trying to do is switch my service, but this is seriously dragging on and on.
Frustrated with charges
This company is really starting to get on my nerves! They keep hitting me with extra charges for things I never even agreed to and refuse to remove them from my bill. My internet is moving so slow, it feels like we’ve time-traveled back to the 90s. And to top it off, I’m shelling out for high-speed internet for my business and it's still dragging. Ugh, I can't stand dealing with them anymore.
Poor service, difficult communication, limited wifi range, slow internet.
My experience with the customer service at this cell phone company was really disappointing. It was so hard to get a real person on the line to help me with my issues. And don't even get me started on the wifi - it only reached about 20 feet from the router, so frustrating. On top of that, the internet was painfully slow, couldn't even watch a video without it buffering every few seconds.
Mobile service purchase
This company is a total nightmare to deal with. The bill keeps going up with no explanation, customer service is like pulling teeth, and I'm just waiting for the day cable TV becomes a thing of the past.

Awesome purchase this time All credit goes to Xfinity Few days back I sold my Samsung Tablet online and got good pricing due to condition of my Tab I had plan to switched to iPhone My last purchase of iPhone was also from your shop Everything related to that purchase like product ,packing pricing and best is delivery timing which was not easy these days So I back to shop for new tablet
12.9 inch 5 G supported 128 GB it's bigger then last one and of course iPhone is iPhone EMI facilities available but I paid full Even if opted just two dollars extra as additional charges imposed But i never like to buy anything on installments
Delivery system is quite good ,handed over to me absolutely on time.
