Wireless service and equipment
I switched over to a new wireless service and bought some equipment recently. The process of ordering was pretty easy, but unfortunately, things went downhill from there. I was totally surprised to see my bill almost double after I upgraded my equipment, and nobody gave me a heads up or explained why. I gave back the equipment right away and told them I'll just use my own, but then they hit me with more charges saying the return wasn't fully completed because of a mistake by UPS. The customer service I got while dealing with all this was no help at all and they didn't seem to care about my situation. I recommend to everyone to stay away from this provider and go with a different one that's more upfront about their prices and has better customer service.
