My Xfinity Mobile experience
Xfinity Mobile's customer and tech support was a total nightmare. Our internet speeds were ridiculously slow, and the customer service folks were just plain rude and not helpful at all. Sorting out a billing problem took forever, and they kept hitting me with charges for a device that I never even got!

I ordered something from this company two weeks back, and I still haven't gotten it. I've tried reaching out through WhatsApp and customer support, but I'm just getting radio silence. It's really frustrating to not hear back from them, and I'm feeling pretty let down by the service overall. Hopefully my order shows up soon, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Two pans
I just bought these two pans and man, they were a big letdown. They both needed to be replaced under warranty after only lasting 6 months each. I always used them with butter or oil and made sure not to crank up the heat, but they still fell apart. And for the price I paid, that's just not cool. And don't even get me started on the customer service - it was just terrible.

Witch hat purchase
This witch hat was amazing as soon as I took it out of the box - didn't have to change a thing! I got a ton of compliments on how awesome it looked with my witch costume. The quality was super high and it totally finished off my Halloween vibe. I felt like a real witch wearing it!

Dissatisfied with delivery
I bought something from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how things turned out. I ordered it in April and was told it would arrive by mid-May. But come mid-June, I still hadn't gotten it. I tried reaching out via email a bunch of times to see what was up, but all they told me was to check the tracking on my own. I even tried contacting the post office, but no luck there either. It's been a real letdown dealing with them and their total lack of communication and follow-through.

Spinner wheel and warehouse shopping
I just bought the spinner wheel and warehouse shopping experience, and let me tell you, it was even better than I expected. Kerry was super nice and helpful from start to finish. Meeting Ben, Danny, Jon, and Maddie was a blast. The best part was watching a video that hasn't even been posted on social media yet. The kids had so much fun shopping in the warehouse and spinning the prize wheel. Vat19 really understands their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everyone has a great time.
