Unmatched customer service, adorable sneakers
I can't say enough about the customer service at this place, it's just top-notch! The staff really went out of their way to make sure I was happy from start to finish, even before I got my order. They answered all my questions right away and kept me in the loop on my order status. I felt like a valued customer the whole time. And those sneakers I got? So cute! They look even better in person. I'm definitely coming back for more soon!

Nice shoes, but too small
I just bought some shoes here and they were great! The only problem was that the size I got was too small and they didn't have a bigger size in stock. I was bummed because I loved the shoes but luckily, I could return them with no problem. I'm happy I could do that, but I do wish the sizing was better. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience.
Clothes from there
I really love getting clothes from that store, they seriously have the best stuff! Plus, if they're out of something, they hook me up with a refund or a gift card that's worth even more than the item - how awesome is that? And you can tell the clothes aren't cheap or badly made, everything I've bought from there I've totally loved.

I just have to tell you, dealing with this company was a total nightmare. I ordered some stuff and waited patiently for over four months, only to get items that were so much smaller than what the website said. I mean, come on, how difficult is it to get the size right? The clothes were not even good quality, and I felt like I just threw my money away on this. I am never shopping here again and I'm definitely going to let everyone know about how awful this was.
Coat purchase
I ordered a coat, but it never showed up! All they did was send me a picture of where they claimed it was delivered and a tracking number, but still no coat. And now they're saying there's nothing they can do about it. Ugh, frustrating!
Pleated skirt purchase
I gotta say, my recent experience as a customer with this company was a total letdown. I ordered a pleated skirt, but what I got was a sequin skirt instead. The difference between what I saw on their website and what showed up in my package is just not cool. Now, I gotta deal with disputing the transaction through PayPal to get my money back. And to top it off, the company isn't owning up to their mistake and is making it super hard for customers to get refunds. It's beyond frustrating. I really think it's best to steer clear of this company because they clearly don't keep their promises.
Thigh-high boots
I just got a pair of thigh-high boots from you guys, and I really like them. But there was a mix-up with my order - I only ordered one pair, but I got sent two pairs and got charged for both. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to fix this, but no one has gotten back to me. I'm really annoyed because all I want is to talk to a real person and get this sorted out.
Misleading product representation
The product I got was completely different from the picture online. I reached out to customer service several times but never heard back. When they finally got back to me, it was too late to return it because they took so long. Definitely not worth the trouble.

Dress purchase for a February event
I bought a dress from this company for an event I had in February, but I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. I ordered the dress in the second week of January, and it was shipped out three days later. However, the package location never got updated, and it took three whole weeks to finally make it to the US. By the time it was ready for delivery, my event had already happened. The whole delivery process took another three weeks, and when I finally got the dress, it was not good - poor quality and a strong smell. There wasn't even a packing slip or invoice in the package, which made it really hard to return the items.
Dress order for a wedding
I recently bought a dress for a wedding coming up, and man, I'm really let down by the company's service. I placed my order more than 10 days ago, and even though they said it would ship in 3-5 business days, I'm still waiting. I reached out to customer service, and all they gave me was excuses and more waiting, until my order was mysteriously cancelled on the 11th day. Now I'm scrambling to find a new dress with less than a week to go before the wedding, and it's really stressing me out. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company - their communication and responsibility are seriously lacking.
Gym shoes purchase
I bought some gym shoes and they didn't fit like I hoped. I got my usual size 8, but they ended up being too big. To exchange them would cost me $13.00 more, so I just took a credit of $18.00 instead.
