Clothes from there
I really love getting clothes from that store, they seriously have the best stuff! Plus, if they're out of something, they hook me up with a refund or a gift card that's worth even more than the item - how awesome is that? And you can tell the clothes aren't cheap or badly made, everything I've bought from there I've totally loved.
Dresses and sneakers purchase
I went all out and bought a bunch of cute dresses and some fancy shoes. Let me tell you, I'm absolutely loving them. The dresses are adorable and really well-made, and the shoes are just amazing. And can't forget about the top-notch customer service I got.
Coat purchase
I ordered a coat, but it never showed up! All they did was send me a picture of where they claimed it was delivered and a tracking number, but still no coat. And now they're saying there's nothing they can do about it. Ugh, frustrating!
Pleated skirt purchase
I gotta say, my recent experience as a customer with this company was a total letdown. I ordered a pleated skirt, but what I got was a sequin skirt instead. The difference between what I saw on their website and what showed up in my package is just not cool. Now, I gotta deal with disputing the transaction through PayPal to get my money back. And to top it off, the company isn't owning up to their mistake and is making it super hard for customers to get refunds. It's beyond frustrating. I really think it's best to steer clear of this company because they clearly don't keep their promises.
Thigh-high boots
I just got a pair of thigh-high boots from you guys, and I really like them. But there was a mix-up with my order - I only ordered one pair, but I got sent two pairs and got charged for both. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service to fix this, but no one has gotten back to me. I'm really annoyed because all I want is to talk to a real person and get this sorted out.
Tight fit
The thing I got was exactly like they said, but it ended up being two sizes too small. When I tried to send it back, I paid more for a signed delivery so I could prove I sent it back. Even though someone signed for it a week ago, trying to get my refund has been a real pain. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times and still haven't gotten my money back. Do yourself a favor and just order from a more dependable place like Amazon.
Dress purchase for a February event
I bought a dress from this company for an event I had in February, but I was pretty disappointed with how things went down. I ordered the dress in the second week of January, and it was shipped out three days later. However, the package location never got updated, and it took three whole weeks to finally make it to the US. By the time it was ready for delivery, my event had already happened. The whole delivery process took another three weeks, and when I finally got the dress, it was not good - poor quality and a strong smell. There wasn't even a packing slip or invoice in the package, which made it really hard to return the items.
Dress order for a wedding
I recently bought a dress for a wedding coming up, and man, I'm really let down by the company's service. I placed my order more than 10 days ago, and even though they said it would ship in 3-5 business days, I'm still waiting. I reached out to customer service, and all they gave me was excuses and more waiting, until my order was mysteriously cancelled on the 11th day. Now I'm scrambling to find a new dress with less than a week to go before the wedding, and it's really stressing me out. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company - their communication and responsibility are seriously lacking.
Unresponsive Customer Service
I've had a really bad experience with the customer service at this place. I've tried reaching out several times to return an item, but I haven't gotten any response at all. I even tried hitting them up on Instagram as a last shot, but still nothing. It's super annoying and not cool to be ignored when you're just trying to fix a problem.
Jeans
I ordered a pair of jeans in my regular size, but when the package got here, I got something totally different that didn't fit me at all. So, I called customer service to fix the mix-up, but they wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back before I could get my money back. They only gave me half of my money back, even though the mistake was on their part. That's just not right, I won't be buying from them again after that kind of service.
Contest prize outfit
I just won this cool outfit from a contest the company had. Got a message saying it was delivered, but never got it in my hands. Emailed customer service but no reply from them. It's a bummer to see them drop the ball like this, especially with contest prizes. Hopefully, this is just a one-time thing, but it does make me question their customer service and how reliable they are.
Super slow delivery
OMG, I ordered this really cool thing and it was supposed to arrive but it took forever and it still hasn't shown up. I called and emailed multiple times but no one helped me out. They claim my package was delivered but I never got it. It's so frustrating, I mean seriously? I had to get my bank involved, like ugh. Definitely not ordering from them again, like ever.
Dissatisfied with delivery
I bought something from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with how things turned out. I ordered it in April and was told it would arrive by mid-May. But come mid-June, I still hadn't gotten it. I tried reaching out via email a bunch of times to see what was up, but all they told me was to check the tracking on my own. I even tried contacting the post office, but no luck there either. It's been a real letdown dealing with them and their total lack of communication and follow-through.
