Subscription box disappointment
I was so pumped about getting my Birchbox every month, but man, I was pretty bummed when it didn't show up this time. They said it was a warehouse mix-up, but come on, I still haven't gotten anything after they already charged me. I tried hitting them up through email and social media, but they straight up ignored me. This whole mess has convinced me to just cancel my subscription. I can't say I'd tell anyone to sign up for Birchbox after this.

Tight fit
The thing I got was exactly like they said, but it ended up being two sizes too small. When I tried to send it back, I paid more for a signed delivery so I could prove I sent it back. Even though someone signed for it a week ago, trying to get my refund has been a real pain. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times and still haven't gotten my money back. Do yourself a favor and just order from a more dependable place like Amazon.

Gift for a party
So, I ordered this gift for a party and I even shelled out extra cash for fast shipping. But you know what? Nope, it didn't show up on time. Thanks a ton, company! Now I can't even go to the party since my gift is M.I.A. And when I finally called customer service to vent, all they could muster up was a simple sorry with an offer to remove the shipping charges. Seriously, I paid more for the speedy shipping for a reason! And on top of it all, they said any refund would take ages to process. Ugh, it's just so aggravating!

Limited edition print purchase
So, I recently bought this print that was supposed to be super unique, like a limited edition kind of deal, from this website. But then, I went back to the site later and saw they still had a ton of prints left in the same size as mine. They made a big deal about how once it sells out, it's gone forever, which made it seem more special. But now I feel kinda duped and let down. I tried looking up info on the artist online, but came up empty. It makes me wonder if the artist is real and if these prints are actually limited edition. It seems like they might be trying to hype up the value of the prints by making up a cool story about the artist. I'm not sure if these prints were ever actually worth the price they were asking for. The fact that they weren't upfront about all this is really disappointing and has made me skeptical about the whole website.

I've had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a pair of jeans, but they never showed up. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful at all and wouldn't give me a refund. This company doesn't seem to care about integrity or making sure customers are happy. I suggest staying away from them.
