I recently rented a car through Discover Cars for my trip to SFO. The whole process was super easy, and I found a great deal on a car that was just right for me. When I went to pick up the car at the airport counter with Dollar/Hertz, the service was okay. But the real challenge came when I realized I forgot to grab a hardcopy receipt when I returned the car. I reached out to Discover Cars for help, and they quickly responded and took care of everything professionally. It took a few days, but they made sure I had the receipt and was happy with their service. Shout out to Max for staying on top of things and making sure everything was sorted out. Car rental in Olbia, Sardinia
I rented a car in Olbia, Sardinia recently and I have to say it was a pretty good experience. The whole process went smoothly, the price was fair for what I got. The team there was easy to talk to, and the spot to pick up the car was super close to the airport, which was nice. They even gave me a bigger car than I was expecting, which was a pleasant surprise. The only thing that bothered me a bit was their policy on cleaning fees. They said if there was any sand or dirt left in the car when I brought it back, I'd have to pay extra unless I paid upfront. I thought that was kind of strange because I figured they'd clean the cars between customers automatically. But other than that, everything else about the rental was top-notch.

I just rented a small car for almost three weeks using an online car rental site. The price was way better than what other companies were offering for shorter rentals. The rental company's service was top-notch. Getting the car was easy, and even though it was an older model, it was clean, in good shape, and exactly what I needed. Dropping it off was just as easy. AddCar and the online site really went above and beyond with quick and simple service.

We had a great experience with the car rental service from this company. They gave us the car we reserved, and it was clean and in good shape. The pick-up in Wellington was fast and smooth, and dropping off the car at the hotel near Auckland airport after hours was easy. We thought we were gonna get a sweet deal on our car rental because of this promo email we got on March 15th. But when my wife went to check out the prices on her laptop, there was no discount like they said. It was a letdown and made us feel kinda bummed about the whole thing. We were looking forward to saving some cash, but the shady pricing situation just left us feeling deceived and annoyed.

My experience with the car rental service was pretty good, except for one big issue with sneaky insurance charges. I had reserved a car with Discover Cars and everything was fine until I got to Centauro, the rental place. I was surprised to see that they had added on extra charges for full insurance without even asking me. I already had my own insurance and didn't want more. I thought it was shady and maybe even illegal for them to do that without telling me. Car rental prices are already high, especially now with COVID, so it's frustrating to see companies trying to make more money by tricking customers.
