Theme purchase
The themes on this platform are really awesome. There are so many options for different projects. But, I gotta say, I'm a little annoyed with the old interface. It needs a refresh to make things easier for users. One thing that would be super helpful is adding more filters, like color selection, to make it easier to find themes. The themes themselves are great, but the interface could use some improvement for sure.

Been using this software since forever
I've been using this software for a really long time, like forever basically. It's been really nice to use and has had a bunch of updates over the years. But I mean, why can't I have more than one window open at once? It's not that difficult, come on, LOL. Besides that though, it's been a pretty good experience overall.

Replacement Tundra cooler
Oh my gosh, I received a replacement Tundra cooler and it was completely messed up. They sent me another one, but to my surprise, it had the same issue! Can you believe it? They asked me to return it, but I was like, absolutely not. Eventually, they sent me a gasket to repair it on my own. Ugh, so frustrating. I had high hopes for this company known for their high-priced coolers, but I was let down. I probably should have gone for a cheaper alternative since it likely would have been better quality for a lower cost.

Steam Iron
I recently bought a new steam iron and I'm pretty happy with it. It arrived a little late, only by about half an hour, but with traffic and construction, I totally get it. The packaging had a bit of damage, but the iron itself was fine and works great. The steam is super powerful, which I love. And it's a bit heavier than my old one, which was a steam generator. The extra weight is actually good for me now that it's just me and my partner at home. All in all, I think this steam iron will work perfectly for what I need.

Sheet set purchase
I bought a sheet set from this company, but it shrank a lot after I washed it following the instructions. Dealing with their customer service was frustrating because they kept asking for pictures and measurements. It took almost a month of going back and forth, but they finally agreed to send me a return label. The communication was only through email, so it was hard to follow. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I won't buy from this company again; I'll stick to shopping at bigger stores like Kohls or JCPenney.

Quick and efficient car rental service
The team members gave us great service. They were really flexible and let us bring back the car later than planned to fit in with when our flight was leaving. We communicated about picking up and dropping off the car easily through WhatsApp, which made it really convenient.

Online dating services
As someone who uses online dating sites, I gotta say it's important to keep in mind that the matching algorithm might not always be spot on. The fact that the software doesn't let people chat directly with each other seems like a missed opportunity to have some real conversations. Being able to share contact info freely would definitely make things better and help folks make better connections. I also appreciate that there aren't annoying ads all over the place like on some other sites just trying to make money off your info. And if you're looking to up your dating game, there are outside sources that can help you alongside the EH experience to make those interactions more meaningful.

Improved, card arrival
The service right now is definitely better than it used to be. I finally got my card, which is a big step forward. But I'm gonna hold off on giving them a top rating until I see if they keep getting better.

Patio table cover and custom pizza oven cover
NEGATIVE: this company is a scam. We ordered two covers with straps and when we opened the packaging the straps all fell off. We immediately contacted them to let them know and it has taken TWO MONTHS of slow, brutal customer care interaction for them to let us know “they find it hard to believe the straps weren’t sewn on properly”. They will not accept a return nor refund the strap cost. We would never purchase from the poorly run company again and recommend looking g elsewhere. The quality is poor, communication is very slow, and service is nonexistent. They delete negative reviews on their site. Buyer be ware.
