Custom Couch Covers
The quality of materials, stitching and sizing on the 10 custom pillows and 2 patio heater covers I ordered in February were excellent. Subsequently in early May I ordered 2 custom outdoor couch covers and when I ordered them, I followed the Covers&All measuring instructions provided on their site. The instructions specified Covers&All would be adding an additional 1-2 inches to the height, width and length measurements I provided to ensure the allowance needed for putting on and removing the covers. I provided the actual measurements for the height, width and length of the larger couch however, Covers&All did not add the additional 1-2 inches so the cover is almost impossible to put on because it is far too tight. I emailed customer service about the mistake and I quickly received a response to follow their specific 4 step process of photo documentation so they could review the issue. I am a photography teacher, so I carefully document all the requested information with the help of my husband. I followed their photo documentation specifications, and additionally, I retitled all 18 photos and sent all the photos so customer service would easily be able to interpret them. A week passed without any response from customer service, so I followed up with another email. The following day I was informed that they could not view the photos sent a week earlier, so I resized all the photos and shared them again. Their 3rd response to me was that the photos were not clear enough to show the size of the cover, so additionally they wanted me to shoot a streaming video which documented the measurements of the couch cover. After emailing with 3 different customer service agents over a 9 day period, I was left exhausted and disappointed. The couch cover does not fit and all the documentation I provided customer service was not enough for them to assist me. No longer a fan of Covers&All.
Custom outdoor furniture cover
I recently got myself a custom outdoor furniture cover, and let me tell you, I was really impressed by the customer service I got from this company. The first cover they sent wasn't quite right, but the team at Covers And All was quick to fix the issue and send me a replacement that fit just perfectly. They were great at communicating, and they really wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The materials used for the cover are high-quality, and the workmanship is top-notch. I have no doubt that this cover will last longer than any others I've had that ended up falling apart in the sun after just a few years.
BBQ grill and butcher block covers
These covers are amazing! I live in a place where the weather can be crazy, from strong winds to lots of snow, and these covers have held up great. The quality is top-notch, and I'm really impressed with how tough and long-lasting they are. I just got a cover for my built-in side burner, and now I'm thinking about getting more covers for other stuff outside. The sun here is brutal, but these covers keep everything safe and looking fresh. I'm definitely gonna keep coming back for more in the future!
Furniture covers purchase
I just bought some furniture covers, and let me tell ya, it was quite a journey. The first order I placed ended up getting lost and delivered to the wrong place - what a pain. But I gotta hand it to them, their customer service team really stepped up and sent me a replacement order right away. When I finally got the covers, I was happy to see that they were really good quality and totally worth the money. It was a rough start, but it all worked out in the end.

I purchased some custom covers for our outdoor sofa about 5 years back and they still look amazing! Now I'm getting more for our outdoor dining chair cushion covers and I'm excited to see how they come out. Ordering online was a breeze and I really liked being able to input my exact measurements. The fabric choices were a little limited, but the neutral options worked out great for my patio.
Waterproof and durable dog bed covers
I've been a customer of this company for a while now, buying a bunch of covers for my dog beds. I needed something sturdy and waterproof to handle my two German shepherds, and let me tell you, these covers have gone above and beyond. They're holding up great, whether they're out in the yard or inside the house. I definitely suggest these covers to anyone with pets!
Custom-fit covers
I've picked up five covers from this place and let me tell ya, they're all custom-made and fit just right! They work on all kinds of weird-shaped furniture too. Some of them are 3-5 years old and they're still keepin' things nice and dry for us!

After my experience, I feel like I was taken and am now out of over $365.00 for a piece of flimsy junk. I was pretty certain that I had purchase a grill cover from this same company about 10 years ago. That cover is extremely rugged and durable, was made in the United States, and is still giving me reliable use. When I wanted the same quality cover for our outdoor kitchen, I thought I was returning to the same company. I ordered their most durable (and expensive) “Cover Tuff” 18 oz. 1000 Denier, PVC Coated Polyester material. My custom (non-refundable) cover arrived yesterday, and I have been so upset that I have not even opened the package. The cover inside is obviously flimsy and lightweight, falling infinitely short of my expectations. Until I started getting FedEx shipping notifications, I had no idea that what I was buying was being made in India. I thought I was buying a durable product that was made in the USA. Now I am out of over $365.00 for a piece of trash that I do not want to even look at, let alone use! When I contacted them, no response. They have my money, and that is this shady outfit’s only concern. They should put a big Indian flag at the top of their website with the words “Made in India” if they are not intentionally trying to deceive customers. I NEVER WOULD HAVE MADE THIS COSTLY PURCHASE HAD I KNOWN!
Table Cover
I ordered a custom cover for my ping pong table online. Everything seemed fairly straight forward except one strange measurement requested. In addition to a total width of the table, it requested a curvature width with an image that suggested measuring length between the legs of the table.
No follow up was made following the order. Just shipment of the product. Unfortunately, the length of the cover was cut to the curvature length, making the cover 14in too short. So bummed.
I reached out to CoversandAll and received a series of responses that read like AI answers. Absolutely no effort to remedy the problem other than to tell me why I was wrong, why they are not at fault, and that they would be happy to offer me 15% off another $380 cover. None of the responses addressed the misleading image or how it would work for anyone supplying measurements online using it as a guide. I am guessing I am not the first with this issue.
This company is perfect example of good idea that fails with automated execution. Be very careful using them. Their order structure is not intuitive, is at times deceptive, and is lacking any post-order follow up to confirm dimensions. This would be OK except their products are pretty expensive. So mistakes are very costly.

I have had my Covermax sectional cover for 2 1/2 years, and it has a warranty for 3 years. The cover has greatly faded and is breaking down. I let Coversandall know this, and they requested many pics and videos from me which were inconvenient to get. This is a tactic they used to stall me. They asked for 3 sets of pictures and then a video as well, only to deny any responsibility. The cover has torn in multiple places due to the material degradation. They are all straight line tears, as this is how the material wears. They said these tears were from something puncturing the material, which is clearly not the case.
Also, I experienced issues with another order, and that was difficult on me. They didn’t want to reship so they sent me the ties they failed to out in, and I had to go to a local vinyl shop to get them repaired. I’ve regrettably spent thousands with Coversandall.

Paid to have shipping expedited. The day I was guaranteed delivery was one day after they shipped from India. They know good and well it takes far longer than one day to travel from India to the states and be delivered to residence. Yes the customer service people are nice on phone but they all know that the product will not arrive even remotely close to date guaranteed. I no longer need my custom tarp because the event will have passed. I’m also nervous to see the quality of product if it is to ever arrive.

I should have checked this site before making my order. This company is horrible!!! I ordered on-line and received the wrong dimensions. I input them in their measuring tool as prescribed and they send a totally different size. I have spent time on multiple phone calls to get these returned and my money refunded for their error. The first person in India "derek", refused to help refund my purchase and I asked for his supervisor. I spoke with "sam" who did not want to hear how they sent the wrong sized panels and this is clearly their error. I offered to return them for a refund and they refused. They would only offer to have me reorder and give me half off a new order. Never did they offer to make this right for their error. Cleary their production team and management of the website do not speak with each other. As said in other reviews, DO NOT waste your time and money with Covers And All, they are not a reputable company. They do not care about customer satisfaction.

We had a defective product that they refused to do anything about, and would not even provide useful information we could use to fix it on our own. Very poor service. Very disappointed, but ultimately, it is their loss since word of mouth is the best form of advertising!Completely agree with you. I have also filed a BBB complaint and am posting everywhere I possibly can to help people be aware that they are better off throwing their paycheck in the trash
Patio table cover and custom pizza oven cover
NEGATIVE: this company is a scam. We ordered two covers with straps and when we opened the packaging the straps all fell off. We immediately contacted them to let them know and it has taken TWO MONTHS of slow, brutal customer care interaction for them to let us know “they find it hard to believe the straps weren’t sewn on properly”. They will not accept a return nor refund the strap cost. We would never purchase from the poorly run company again and recommend looking g elsewhere. The quality is poor, communication is very slow, and service is nonexistent. They delete negative reviews on their site. Buyer be ware.

Custom Made 72x60x48 cover
Initially I wrote a bad review because I was getting no replies and it said my item shipped from INDIA.....I ordered from this company because of made in USA. Even though it said shipped, they gave me a tracking #. It told me nothing except it was in India. I was so upset because I thought I was ripped off. I ordered on 9/20/20 and they shipped on 10/6/20. The product came from India and arrived at my doorstep in 6 days. I was shocked that it was actually delivered on 10/12/20 considering there was no tracking details. The cover is very nice, made to my specs and really heavy duty. The quality is very good. I hope it lasts at least 5-6 years.
Grill cover
Gave height measurement of 46.5" tall, delivered cover is 48.5" in height with 2" of material on the ground rendering grill wheels inoperable. Contacted them so they could modify it and they refuse to talk, only email and refused to fix it. Only offered 35% off of a new one. No Thanks!
