Custom shade sails
I was so disappointed by my experience with this company. Their website said the custom shade sails came with hardware, but when we got them, they were too big and didn't have all the pieces needed to install them. When I talked to customer service about it, they didn't seem to care much and only gave me a small 10% discount as a way to make up for it. It was obvious that what they said about the product wasn't accurate and their fix for the situation just didn't cut it.
