Custom furniture covers
Oh my gosh, the custom furniture covers I ordered were a complete disaster! They messed up the sizes for two sofa covers and when we asked for replacements, they made excuses and tried to blame us. Can you believe it? And then they had the nerve to ask us to pay for shipping for their mistake! We had to buy new covers ourselves because they wouldn't own up to their error. The customer service was a nightmare - so unhelpful and rude. I definitely won't be purchasing from them again!
