Second order, quick and easy process
I just ordered from this company for the second time, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The ordering process was super easy and fast, just like before. The website gave me clear directions on how to measure for the right size, and the covers are made of really good quality material. I got covers from them back in 2023, and they still look brand new.

Wow, I just love these earrings! They remind me of little mermaids gliding through the ocean. The colors are so bright and the quality is excellent. The PMP Exam prep materials I bought were awesome - not too expensive and super useful. The lessons lined up well with the PMP Exam PREP book but had extra info and examples too. The practice tests and the explanations for the Questions/Answers part were a big help. I also liked using flash cards for learning in a different way. All in all, I was really happy with what I got and would definitely suggest it to others.

WARNING - This company steals money from its customers!!
I've never before written such a negative review - but this company is the worst I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service.
I ordered a number of items for delivery and they shipped the parcel without paying customs charges (not unusual), but they also failed to correctly declare the contents meaning that I could not collect the box from the local post office.
Every time I contact 'support' I have a reply from a different person - they tell me that the parcel was delivered (they've said on several dates) and they won't provide proof. They now say that the period to make a claim / complaint has expired so they can't help me - despite contact almost every day.
So the parcel has been returned to RunnerInn (or TradInn or whoever they are) - proof of the return is attached, but they're keeping (stealing) the money and won't even reply to emails.

Ordering was ok. Delivery was longer than expected. Be aware these come from Australia. Color was terrible. Fit did not cover driver floor area.. bottom was not non slip. Did not come with retainer clips AR anything to hold them in place. Ordered medium thicness. What arrived was cheaper than the cheapest mats from Walmart. Save your money

Professional 4l Oxygen Propane Gas Welding And Cutting Outfit Torch
The Torch was delivered promptly. I opened the box to the smell reminiscent of new vinyl that I think was the hoses. I like the smell that's why I mention it. I was really happy with my purchase. Everything looked first class and well manufactured. This is not a high end torch model but nobody can afford them anyway. I had a good experience with this company.

Oh these people are HORRIBLE!!! I have a pump that's not even a month old and doesn't work at all and they are playing so many games trying to get ME to diagnose it and disassemble it. Like what a warranty huh. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Reading all the negative reviews, let me add my own experience.
- The T-shirts arrived in a reasonable time, tracking was available.
- Quality is good, they are really cotton, and they are ok also after couple times washing them.
- They fit absolutely true to size. Note: I am from Europe. American sizing is different, and that might lead to the sizing confusion. What we label M in Europe, is called S in the US. So, US folks need to be aware of this and order one size up. Everybody else is fine.
- The only downside is the price, you sure can get T-shirts for cheaper. But not with this kind of funny pictures, and I was buying for specific designs.
Overall: happy customer.Hi Darina, can I ask how long it took for you to receive your shipping? I have used the tracking function since day one and every second line says it’s been delayed for some reason. Now it’s listed as “delivered” yet I’ve received nothing.

I ordered one for my daughter and after three weeks it said "Number not known disposed of by post office". I doubled checked her address and it was fine. No refund or anything. It did say it shipped from China
My order says delivered on July 1st. I was home the entire day and nothing was delivered. Soulmia told me to check with my local carrier with a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me does not exist with FedEx, UPS or USPS. I've requested the carrier information 3 times and they ignore the question in my emails. I'm one more response of them telling me it's delivered and not actually helping me and I'm calling and disputing the charge...terrible service

I ordered eleven items on soulmia just about 4 days ago but I went to check the progress and the order says output failure even after being "quality inspected" could you tell me what is happening and if the money will be aren't back if its not delivered?
Any company that will not provide a phone number for customer service is a poor company.
I will never order from this company again.Never ever buy from this place again. All sizes are 1 or 2 smaller than what usually should be. Their return policy sucks sine they ask you to return them directly to China and pay for the shipping expense.
I had tracked mine and it stated there was a "Failure" in Delivery. Hmmmm So I tryed double checking it, 24 hrs later nothing but then now it's "Delivered" but Rancho Cucamonga, CA!!! WHAT?!! I'm in TEXAS! I think the postive reviews are actual workers to support this online and not actual customers. I see a bunch of the same reviews of the same..."Deliver problems, wrong deliveries and other problems." At this point a month after placing the order, I lost interest in the shirt and I want my money back!
I should have looked into this company before I bought items from them. I ordered a dress and 2 shirts. It took 4 weeks for them to come. The material that the clothes were made of was the thinest material I have ever seen. The dress is a wrap around with only a belt to hold it together, not a button or snap to help keep it closed. I, like others just looked at the pictures and ordered. I won't do that again.

Could not get waited on
I visited the Pandora Store at Tanger Outlet, National Harbor yesterday around 4:30. The employees were walking around and never offered to assist us. They acted as if we were not there. We stood there until it was obvious that they did not intend to wait on us so we left. There was one lady waiting on a couple and no other customers were in the store.. They stood in the back talking. Will never go there again..

In africa are they showing white men with black women in all advertisements , I dont think so. In israel would you show your advertisements with a jewish woman with a muslim man no dont think you would that would be so wrong wouldn't it. Are we approaching a world were by a white couple with white children will be frowned upon better still lets make it illegal shall we. So I placed an order may 12 was told I'd have a tracking number within 72 hours long and behold didn't get a tracking number till may 23rd it's now may 29 and guess what I get a text saying my item should have been delivered how do I like my knife as though I have it when the tracking information I have said it hasn't even made it to USPS terrible company and customer service they don't answer or return calls but they have no issues flooding your email and text messages with discounts galore
Shipping is horrendous.
I ordered my OTF knife Dec 1, 2020. Emailed them a week later and got an email that is was sent on Dec 10 2020 via USPS. Was hoping to get it for Christmas for a Christmas present. Kept checking USPS and there were a few updates (not many) and I got notifications that there were no updates for over 8 days, couldn't get a refund and have Viper-Tec get USPS to return the knife.
Finally the knife arrived on December 29 2020. (28 days / 4 weeks). I know with COVID things are delayed but 9 days to get it to USPS is a little much and no follow up, read others complaints the better business bureau about their shipping.Review about: Sofary Lighting
Large Crystal Chandelier for Foyer
Way above my expectation with what we have paid for it! Definitely will shop with them again!
We bought the chandelier from them for $600. Once we had it up, it is just amazing. We received so many compliments from our guests and they all think that we spent $5000 for the piece. They are all shocked after I told them the price.
I paid an electrician to have the chandelier installed so for me it was a very simple task, but it does take sometime for the electrician to have it installed. It looks so much nicer than the photo.
Another thing worth to mention is their customer service. When I first found them online, I gave them a call just to give it a try. The line is busy and no one answer the phone. I did not bother to leave a voice mail, but they called me right back in just about 30 mins. I was happily surprised then. I called and emailed them multiple times with different questions throughout the process since we have never purchased light online before. They always get back to us in time with clear answers and additional valuable information that we did not even ask for. Foyer chandelier
We got something that could cost $5000 in our local store for less than $1000. Non of my friend believe that we get it under $1000. Super happy with the purchase!
They package really well and have extra crystal included. Delivered in several weeks which is OK. We planed ahead for such big purchase anyway.
